Excellent service and very friendly staff inside the office. I never received a bill in the mail for my services and got one phone call from them saying it was my final warning to pay the bill. I called back and ask them to send me a paper bill so that I would have it for my records and to reference with my insurance company. They never mailed a physical bill to review and the first correspondence I got from their office was that they had given my bill over to a collection agency. So be very careful when dealing with this company.

Terrible customer service. Their billing department is a joke. They refused to put a procedure through health insurance even when my health insurance called them to get them to send over the claim. They will tell you they will take care of it and never do. My husband, daughter and myself have used their services in the past and I will NEVER give them the opportunity to earn another dollar from us. I'll gladly take my business else where. Piss poor service.

Check in for Cat scan my co pay was $10.00 Unless I paid a past due balance per them of $50.00 from 2017. Told by office Manager Melissa B, unless I paid balance from 5 year's ago I'd be denied treatment. I've been her previously since 2017 and was never told I had an past due balance. No calls nor letters regarding any unpaid balance in 5 year's was ever received. And why now tell me about it and be told we will not do your cat scan unless past balance paid. Unexceptible practice.

My wife has gone there several times times she is very picky and has never had a bad experience there there fast efficient and friendly, Incoming from her that should be a 10 star not a 5 star review.

Bowes imaging is always professional, however I wanted to thank Austin at the Cortez location for his patience and organization in re-scheduling an x-ray and MRI at the earliest available time slot at the earliest available location. He is a treasure!
