Bradenton Arthritis Center's Online Review Report Card

I highly recommend Dr Cindy Johnston. Ive been seeing her for almost six years. From the very first time she was engaged and listened to what was going on. Id had a problem the last few years and saw the appropriate specialist for it. He blew me off. I saw other Specialists but their offices used Nurse practitioners and try to convince the patient their is no difference between a DR and NP until I list all of the differences. There is continuity of care at Bradenton Arthritis and that is very important as a patient. Once I was fed up with all the other Specialists Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. I told Dr Johnston ALL of my symptoms and she ran the appropriate bloodwork. I had my diagnosis. At another office I was told by an NP if there was really something wrong with you we would have found it by now. They couldnt because in my time going there I had seen five different people Now when I need a new Specialist I ask if they use NPS or PAs if they do I move along. Its a money maker for sure but it only increases the paperwork that doctors have to sign without seeing the patient and in my experience not even reading ordersnotesreportsscripts. If the dr had actually read them the NP signature wouldnt have been on it. If you require Infusions you get them on site. All of the Infusion nurses are wonderful Now that I know them I tell them upfront and for them to chart it because there is nothing they can do about me being dehydrated or overworked veins from bloodwork and infusions. Some think your jinxing them if you tell them before. Office staff are always friendly. Ive never had a problem with records getting to another office from Bradenton Arthritis. Thats nice too

I would highly recommend Dr Cindy Johnston as a Rheumatologist. Shes thorough listens explains conditions well and is willing to go the extra mile for her patients.The office staff and nurses are friendly and keep us up to date with what we need. Emily was great. I also get my infusions here and the infusions nurses are great.

Dr. Manohar Lori all the nurses and office staff are amazing. I have been a patient there for years and have always been treated like I am the only patient they have. They are always professional and prompt. Dr Manohar is very personable and friendly and feels like family.

I had my first appt with Dr Sara Simmons today at the Lakewood Ranch office. I have an extensive medical history that includes 40+ surgeries therefore Ive seen a few doctors offices. I checked in and had a seat in the waiting room. It is a large office so the social distancing chairs were very well spread out.  I waited maybe 510 minutes and was called back.  Dr Simmons nurse was very kind and thorough going through all of my history. I was taken down the hall to have an Xray and the tech was very friendly and accommodating. She took me back to my room and the doctor came in immediately. She was warm and friendly and welcomed my feedback on the options I am facing. I would highly recommend the practice and especially Dr Simmons.

I have been going here for my arthritis for many years. My doctor Dr. Manohar is very up to date on all of the new treatments available and she yes it is a she is very thorough during your appointment time. This is a very busy place. Make sure to be on time or you could easily miss your appointment. No waiting forever in the waiting room. They are very punctual here. All the nurses are all super nice here to.

Ive been seeing Dr. Cindy Johnston for six years. When she moved from the Englewood office to the Bradenton office I was more than happy to drive an hour from PC to Bradenton to continue seeing her. The Bradenton office is a small clean office. In the last year I have either been taken back to a room before my appointment or on time. In six years Ive waited 15 mins twice. She didnt rush me even though she was behind. Her office staff are friendly and answer calls and portal promptly. The nursing staff are friendly and efficient. Dr Johnston has been my 3rd rheumatologist in 20 years and by far the best and hopefully last. She listens to my concerns and comes up with a plan. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Since March because of COVID19 weve been doing Telehealth visits. I would highly recommend Dr Johnston. My review for Infusions is under the Englewood office site.

I have been under the care of Dr. Manohar in this office and Sarasota. I wrote a review under the SARASOTA office. Her care is of the highest quality whichever location you go. I highly recommend this doctor for her knowledge professionalism and general empathy towards patients.

Dr. Manohar is very thorough and professional.   She takes her time and makes sure all my concerns and questions are addressed.   Understanding my concerns over covid19 and social distancing she promptly set up a telehealth appointment so that my care wasnt interrupted.  The staff at the front office are very professional as well and keep things running smoothly.  When I am able to make an office visit my wait time if i have one is very short.  I would recommend and I have recommended to others to see Dr. Manohar.

Dr Johnston has been my rheumatologist for 5 years. She is great. Knowledgeable caring and she listens. Very few times have I waited 15 mins but if I have I also know she will take the time with me. The staff are friendly and helpful.
