Unacceptable! Sent my daughter away after having rectal bleeding and ecoli infection for 3 weeks waiting on her appointment. Reason: dermatologist did not send her chart! He wouldn't even look at her! I hope her insurance company drops this doctor as she will be filing a complaint with them.

The worst incompetent staff I have ever encountered. 3 phone calls while waiting at QUEST for 2 hrs; too difficult to send paperwork it seems…. Even though I was told this is auto sent… nothing auto here At initial visit, had to repeat entire conversation to doctor and staff member… computer does not work/ issue with writing. No option to give no stars STAY AWAY!
