List of Centerstone's Reviews
The patient care at this place is so bad it's hard to put into words. For 2 years it's been terrible, one thing after another. Long waits, unanswered phone calls, providers not showing up to Telehealth appointments and when you call to find out why, no one can tell you. The office staff who answer phones do not have a clue what providers are doing or what their schedules are. Today after my son's provider didn't show up online after an hour, we called and they acted like we no showed. They transferred me to a "care manager" whose voice mail said they were on vacation until yesterday's date. Despite my doubt I'd get anywhere with this person, I left a message and then called back to talk to office staff again. After refusing to let them transfer me yet again to the possibly still on vacation care manager, they rescheduled my son for 2 months out and when I asked how can I be assured the doctor will show up the next time, I was told "well ma'am, I can't predict the future". Seriously. Stay away from this place, find a provider who cares about you and your mental health.
My son and I have been going to Centerstone for a few years. Dr. Hamblin and Barbara Morelli are wonderful and caring providers. I would recommend them to anyone!
the staff at Centerstone are exceptional.
If I could give zero stars I would. I will never return to centerstone. Doctor tried to wean me off one of my meds. He said to call him if I had any issues, which I did. I called yesterday and so did my psychologist. I didn’t receive a call back for at least 7 hours. All they did was schedule an appointment to see doctor for today. I signed in online today for my appointment and he never showed. I called back and they tried to tell me I didn’t show. I waited 11 minutes and it said waiting for doctor to begin. Interestingly enough, same thing happened to a friend of mine. I think it’s a scam!!! Anyway, I literally begged someone on the phone for help and all they could do was take a message. Unacceptable. What if I had been suicidal? This is supposed to be a mental health institution. Simply trying to get ahold of someone there would make a normal person need meds. Absolutely ridiculous. You should be ashamed of how little you care for the well-being of your patients.
Very helpful and personal!
Thank You Dr.Sanchez. Centerstone is a blessing to have in our community and I would recommend them to any and all in need of help with there Behavior Health situations. 5 stars all the way!
Wonderful experience with Angela using zoom in the comfort of my home. Highly recommended!
I am being treated for chronic depression. The Cornerstone staff are great! The docs are top-notch and all the staff are professional, efficient, and courteous.
Refill phone lines. you have to wait for hours only to be disconnected after an hour. How do you expect patients with mental health issues to get better when they can't get through the refill line? Who has the time or patience for this?
My counselor has been great. Personable and professional. Setting up appts with c loo medical staff was easy. At times phone contact with office (for ins or gerneral questions was difficult).

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
