They never took me seriously they had 14 years to take care of me, but they never did this is totally unbelievable. Tried to contact my therapist, Dr. Garby and he didn't answer his phone. I'm never going there ever again.

I was bullied there I was kicked out for using the phone I became a target when someone snuck a vape in and I told this was my first time in recovery and it destroyed me even more this place crushed me to my soul

I went for a follow up appointment after being inpatient for 2 weeks. Once I got to the office, they told me my appointment was cancelled. Thanks for letting me know.

I was placed here after battling with depression and an attempt. The staff were very rude and condescending treating everyone like they were less than human. The night staff was a complete joke. Underpaid mid 20 females looking for an ego boost at work. Demonizing people that were there for help. If anyone got loud or angry they would pin them down and shoot them up with some kinda shot and have them walking around like zombies peeing and pooping on their selfs. Then refused to help clean them or help them because it was a biohazard. (Night staff) Watching this from a completely sane point of view was absolutely repulsing. Discharge was completely out of your control. They keep you locked up in a "unit" which was really a waiting room with a tv. Besides that you had a small room you had to share with people of all mental states. This place is an absolute joke and does more harm than good. If you have a choice get out and don't look back. It was the blind leading the blind.

I literally just had an interview with my psychiatrist and when I expressed some serious situations blew me off, told me she was going to lower my anxiety dose and tried to rush me off the phone to the point where I literally had to ask if she's going to renew my latuda. What she said she would but the pharmacy has been trying to get a hold of them for 3 months. When I expressed I wasn't comfortable rushed me off the phone because she had another appointment. This company has gone to s*** you can't get a hold of anybody when you call to make an appointment nobody calls you backs for weeks on end, to renew your meds I'm so disappointed with these people- you work with people who have mental issues and this is how you treat us? DO BETTER!!

I am a former employee. They earned 1.5 stars. It is a shame because some people care for their patients and give them all they have emotionally. On the flip side, upper management, such as Jane Roseboro (I won't give title) are more concerned with moving up in the company than making it better. Micromanaging, looking at employees as numbers, and last but certainly not least, paying their employees the least of any inpatient or outpatient facility I have seen in Florida and other states. Only use their services if it is an absolute emergency or you have no resources. Much better options available in dealing with such a vulnerable population. It is a big sickening having been on both sides of the coin.

Impossible to get through. After leaving 3 messages no call back for a current patient. Looking for a normal office where the professional is accessible. too bad because the dr we spoke to was quite good.

They do not answer the telephone

we would have never stayed here had it not been for Aceveda Waleska or Dr. Brock Hollett. now that "Wally" is gone and daughter has had 3 changes of psychiatric providers ( and speaking of that, Maria Barnes NP is also gone, and was wonderful ) we are currently looking for a new therapist and psychiatry support for meds that is away from Centerstone completely. the place is obviously WAY too large to handle its clients/patients. it is near impossible to contact anyone for RX support and even when they call you back after waiting on a phone hours and hours and finally leaving more than 3 messages, they still mess up. i'm too weary today to list the most current issue. but my concern is that we are dealing with behavioral health patients. an agency MUST DO BETTER. We are often times in a life or death situation. ( we meaning generally speaking with any mental health clients ) please do better. and please refer to my review a year ago if you want. so frustrated with this "businesses'" lack of concern and sensitivity. i do agree that it's just one huge money making machine with its concern for patient care at the bottom of their totem pole !

If you're tying to get a job I would not recommend here. You won't go anywhere in life. The FL government is so sub par. Sad because I have lived here almost my entire life.
