My counselor has been great. Personable and professional. Setting up appts with c loo medical staff was easy. At times phone contact with office for ins or gerneral questions was difficult.

Nurses never answer their phone calls

Never answer the phone trying for 2 weeks now get hold them they called me to reschedule my appointment I told them by that Ill run out med. So they told me to call them 10 day before I run out for over 2 weeks now I been trying to call they never answer the phone and my pharmacist try to get a hold them so I went to the office and them the they said you have enough med. 21 my appointment on 28 so here it is 21 no med. Today went to the office again they said it could take up to 7 days so here it is time with no med. And went back office still no help they act like they dont care so I stop by the hospital and they cant do about it go back to there that was last week today I went back and still nothing done or been help.And still not answering phone. Or med.
