I think this place is excellent—well organized and efficient. Our therapist was Lauren, and both my husband and I were very impressed with her. Even our daughter connected with her right away. At home, we speak three languages with our daughter, and because of that, she hasn’t started talking yet. Lauren actually encouraged us to continue speaking our native languages, which was very reassuring. The clinic also offered us a bilingual English–Spanish therapist, which we really appreciated. I was also notified about billing a week before my appointment, so there were no surprises, and everything was transparent. We are very happy with this place and the people who work here. I never understood the negative reviews. Of course, not everyone can be pleased, but if you don’t like the place, you can always find someone else. As for the complaints about money—why do people expect medical providers to work for free? When we go to the grocery store, we don’t say, “I already paid last time, so today should be free.” Medical services are no different. Overall, we’re very grateful for the care our daughter is receiving here.

Love this place! Front office team always provides such a warm and professional welcome it truly sets the tone for the whole experience they were so warm and welcoming especially with my child. Highly recommend children’s therapy solutions!

*edit for therapy reply* it MOST DEFINITELY reflects your day to day business as today it happened to me again. I can’t even count on both hands the amount of times yall have messed up due to scheduling alone. Take some accountability. Absolutely awful. The therapists themselves are great from what I’ve experienced from them, it’s the office staff. They are very condescending, and they don’t provide you with the correct information. They have called several times within the last few months to cancel appointments, they’ve changed the speech and OT therapists at least 4 times within this year, and they are not on the same page whatsoever with one another. They told me to be there at 5 for an evaluation, turns out I was told wrong and it’s actually for another day. They’ve left us sitting in the car for 10/15 minutes several times when they should’ve been out and in therapy already, and I can’t even count the phone calls I’ve gotten about things that have either already been discussed or that I’ve left a message about (aka cancelling and being called and told we were a no call no show at least 3 times). At this point this place feels more like an insurance cash grab than a therapy center. The sessions are only 30 minutes, you’d think they’d respect your time a little more. Ah! Almost forgot that when I went to confront them about their mistake with the evaluation, I sat back down in the office on the other side of the wall and listened to them talk negatively about myself, laughing amongst themselves. Completely and utterly unprofessional. Please find another center for you kids!!

From start to finish, the staff was very inviting. The staff does a great job answering any and all questions.

We brought our daughter to see Kelly for PT and she is a MIRACLE WORKER!!!! Absolutely blown away by how perfectly placed she is in helping children. We are forever grateful of her! The office always made it very easy and convenient to schedule appts, make payments, etc. and communication was always great!

My son has been going to CTS for nearly 2 years now. Not only are his therapists incredible (shout out Morgan, Francesca and Sandy!), but the entire office staff is kind and professional, making scheduling and billing easy. I even took my 3 month old to Kelly recently for an eval, and I couldn’t be more grateful to her for assuaging my anxieties in a calm, thoughtful manner. I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking into therapy for their little one.

My grandson was a patient for several years. I can’t say enough about the care and therapy he received, which made a tremendous difference in his development and taught us how to help him achieve. Lena and her staff are astute professionals with compassion and patience. I’m grateful for their guidance and hands-on assistance in helping him to surmount his physical challenges.

From the moment we came for our Evaluation to scheduling. The process was smooth and I love the hybrid appointment. Makes it so much easier with busy schedule and commute to have one Teletherapy. Teletherapy waa a game changer for us great way to bring therapy in our environment and learn things we can do in our home. Great place!

This place is amazing and truly care. From the front office staff to the therapist and managers are always so nice. They make me feel welcomed. I love the flexibility in scheduling. I never have any issues when rescheduling and nice to have the Teletherapy option if I am unable to make it. Would highly recommend this office for your child's therapy needs!
