The good doctors leave as they are so mistreated. And Chen med does nothing to change this. They just bring in traveling doctors who have no idea about the patients. We are left hanging to see who is the next doctor is. We need a company who cares about their patients!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My Dad has been a patient for years and it has consistently been terrible. They are not only rude and disorganized, they DELIBERATELY CHOOSE to be unhelpful to patients!!! They will send you through one hoop after another under the guise of "wanting to be helpful," but ultimately they are only out to make money. They refused to refer my Dad to get an MRI, refused him medication, refused him appointments, it has been insane! Apparently the main Doctor left some time ago and ever since it has been complete chaos. We can tell! Never going back.

They listed me as "non compliant" because , even tho I notified them,I missed appointments! I guess throwing parties is more important than serving their patients! This place is a JOKE!!! Stay away!

They now have a call center where you can be on hold for up to 20 mins. We are supposed to call the office first before we go to an emergency center. But calling and being put on hold that long someone could die. The call center told me they have 110 patients on hold. They have so many patients they cannot handle in a timely manner. Dr Cappello is so good with her patients. But when I called for an appt. The call center told me it would be a three week wait before I could see my doctor. I do not blame her for leaving there. She likes her patients treated better.

I called to see a doctor, since my doctor has moved on to another medical facility last month. All three told me someone will be calling me back, they didn’t solve my situation so I went as a walk-in, had me wait OUTSIDE, because they right away said it is Covid”, so 45 minutes where there is no shade, sun and the heat was unbearable. Finally I was told It was negative and that they had already sent the prescription to my pharmacy! What! Wasted all my morning all day practically..I got my prescription late afternoon! Today I have the same symptoms, I can’t trust that I will get help or see a doctor(not as a walk-in because they are super busy! The staff & doctors are like a roller coaster, turn over of doctors constantly..this used to be a great and decent medical clinic we seniors could trust.
