The office staff is Always ready to assist me with a helpful pleasant greeting.I have Dr Parents as my cardiologist for many years, alerting me to issues adjusting meds.With his knowledge and many years of experience is a rare find. And Surprise!! He has a wonderful bed side manner😊👏👏

Dr. Parent sees my husband. As far as I know, he is a good doctor, my husband likes him but his nurse on the other hand needs some serious training in bedside manner which is why the rating is one star! She called my husband with some disturbing news and due to the fact that my husband has not had any serious heart issues in the past, he was a little freaked out and did not ask some questions or did not retain the information because he was not prepared to hear the news. I volunteered to call and get the information and when they nurse called back, she started out the conversation saying "I don't know what he does not understand, I spent 15 min on the phone with him!" I explained he was a little freaked out and we just wanted to confirm info about the procedure they want to schedule. Then every time I asked a question, she proceeded to say "AGAIN, I already told him all this". She was very clearly letting me know she was irritated. The whole call lasted 2 minutes! She really needs to learn some serious bedside manner and realize just because this is a daily occurrence (these procedures) in her world, it is not to the patients, especially if they are not even 50 years old yet and she needs to be more sympathetic. I guess I should be sorry that I took 2 minutes out of her day to find out what could be killing my husband!

Dr. Parent is very professional, extremely thorough and totally dedicated to his patients' well being. He is well respected in the hospital by fellow doctors and nurses, yet retains a terrific no-nonsense bedside manner. Dr. Parent is the doctor anyone would want in a difficult medical situation.

I really liked him. He evaluated my symptoms and reassured me nothing serious was going on, had me schedule a few tests just to verify my heart status (EKG and Stress), and briefed me on the results.
