I was referred to a doctor at Florida Cancer Specialists at the Bradenton West Office. The Dr was great she clearly had reviewed my records took time to understand my health history and explain issues going forward. Unfortunately the administrative staff is beyond terrible. They have poor attitudes are hostile scolding demanding and extremely rude.   They DEMAND that you provide them records Im an existing patient before they will make you an appointment. Every other Dr. Ive ever visited before contacted other care providers to obtain records.  I have blood disease and the admin STAFF decided that I didnt need to see my Dr. and that I should go to my PCP. They would not make an appointment for me.Many of the patients visiting this facility are terminal and it is beyond belief that the staff would treat patients this poorly. I would never recommend this facility for any care under any circumstances.

Was there as a temporary patient saw Dr. Telukuntla. First thing he wanted to do was to change my medication when I had been on the same medication for ten years it has been working He took it upon himself to lower the dosage I treated there three months when I arrived at home my hemoglobin was anemicNever would I treat at this facility

I dont know where to begin.  At the advice of a surgeon my mom trusted we were referred to Dr. Whorf and the rest of the death squad at Florida Cancer Spacialists.  He put my 70 year old mom on an aggressive chemotherapy treatment.  After receiving an insane amount of drugs for her first treatment she had her follow up a week later and told us everything was fine? Cell counts were good and blood was normal?  Came back next day for hydration fluids.  Next morning one of the poisons campostar had horrific side effects i cant even get into. This was 10 days later  She wakes up and her body is rejecting everything.  Bring her back to these incompetent people and THEY SEND her home She almost died in my dads arms while he was trying to get her out of the car We rushed her to the er and she passed away on Mothers Day  Do Not trust these people.  DR WHORF IS DOCTOR DEATH

Do not walk RUN away from this Cancer Center  Dr. Telunktla is a quack.  He referred me to a surgeon to have a port put in which was done so badly it had to be removed.  5 months later the incision site is still scarred and painful.  Chemo treatment needle was inserted incorrectly causing permanent nerve damage.  He then refused to see me anymore saying I was non compliant DO NOT go to this doctor under any circumstances

I realize this is a sensitive subject however this is the second time Ive got thru Chemo.  The first time I was treated at the Venice office of FCS.  I was sick the entire time and had the feeling no one cared. I would repeatedly tell the doctor my side effects and the response was always thats what you have to expect. This time Im being treated by Dr. Robert Whorf and his staff at the Bradenton office of FCS.  They are the absolute best.  They care listen and help me through horrific side effects.  The nurses in the Chemo room are tireless  Loving energetic funnywords cannot express my gratitude.  I sincerely hope you or your loved ones NEVER need their services but should you do not hesitate.  Its worth the distance.
