Can never get a hold of anyone. Its always closed even if the hours say they are opened.
The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr Leal is awesome. Great Physician
This office has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Most of the time they don’t even bother answering the phone, and when they do, the attitude from the front desk is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. For a medical office, this level of disrespect toward patients is unacceptable. Spanish-speaking patients in particular should be aware that they may not receive the patience or respect they deserve here. The front desk staff seriously needs to be replaced or properly trained, because the way patients are treated is embarrassing for any healthcare facility. I will never return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
Dr. Leah is Truly Amazing. He is caring and really knows how to guild you to better health. I feel like he has my best interest at heart. His assistant was Incredible she makes you feel like you really matter. I can honestly say I feel like I am in Good hands. This is so important to me. I recently lost my husband of 21 years (he was my husbands Doctor and played a big role in his health care also) so feeling like someone cares is appreciated more than ever. Thank You
Impslossibe to get a call back for a appointment or authorization. I called for a week everything i needed to get a appointment.
Absolutely love the time and care Dr. Leal gives to my husband, I have never felt rushed and always felt he listened with his full attention. I always leave feeling like there are Dr's that really care! Thanks, Kris @ Gil
Can't say enough about Dr G Lang after changing around my medications he's improving my health on medications I know longer need my labs have improved 100% thank you 😊
Top notch service
Dr. Leal is a great doctor. He is blessed and has great knowledge. But his staff, since Dr. Cabrrera relocated and Dr. Medoza retired are horrible. You call the office 5 to 6 times, reach nobody and they never return your calls either and they never let the doctor know that ypu called and needed a referral.... Now they moved to a new address and 2 days before our appointment someone from the office staff called to let us know that our appointment for Thursday will only a phone call because they moved on Thursday and Friday to the new office. Are you kidding me. This appointment was scheduled 6 months ago and some things you cant just disgust over a phone call. Truly unbelievable
This is the worst place when you need a prior authorization. It’s been since January 2026 trying to get them to fill out one on a medication I been on for over 3 years. I keep having to pay for pill 3 pills are over $100. They keep giving me samples for 2 weeks but they are not fixing the issue. Cause again I have to pay for 2/3 pills just to get me to them on Monday to hand me samples. This is not professional. When you call and leave a call back for the nurse you get nothing in return. Guess I’ll just have to go in and demand to speak to someone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
