I was referred to Dr. Chapman by Humana. I am so thrilled that at long last I have found a very professional and caring doctor. What a change from my last office. This was my first visit and Dr. Chapman was so thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff with Tonii, Terry, Angie and Paula couldn't have been nicer. Don't pay attention to the first review whatsoever. I feel so grateful and lucky to be a patient of this office with Dr. Chapman. I hope she stays there for a long time. It is like being in a private office and not being in a group setting. Make your first appointment.

I felt it necessary to write a review as I had a very rewarding experience while establishing as Dr Chapman’s patient. I am in the medial field and have a understanding of good medical care. Her office displays the utmost in professionalism integrity and overall a good place to receive medical care. The location is good right off the main road and there is plenty of good parking. The building is large and has great natural lighting (helps with my headaches). The office staff are all polite and caring. The doctor is thorough, patient and actually listens. She spent 30min with me discussing my diagnosis, treatments and ways to prevent the disease in the future. I actually felt better just seeing the doctor as she found a muscle in my neck causing my headaches. She reassured me I would be fine. I would highly recommend this doctors office to my friends and family and anyone looking for actual good medical care.

Dr. Chapman is the best doctor I have ever had. I haven’t seen a doctor in a long time because I didn’t have insurance so when I got humana I picked her office and I am so lucky I did. She spent a long time listening to all of my concerns and ordered everything I needed in one visit - labs, mammogram, bone testing. I also got an EKG and a lung test in the office which made me feel better. Dr. Chapman is just amazing and I will never see anyone else. I wish everyone was so kind and patient.

The staff of Immediate Medcare Manatee is amazing. Dr.Chapman took the time to listen to me and was wonderful in working with me toward a healthier lifestyle. It refreshing to see a medical practice where they really care.

This is the worst Doctor's office that I have every been too. I had to switch insurance companies to Humana an d my agent assign me to this facility Immediate MedCare and the doctor there that I saw was Dr. Pamela Chapman. First of all I called to schedule an appointment and you cant even understand the receptionist she was rude and then picked me back up after being on hold for almost 5 mins., she did not even apologize for putting me on hold. I made the appointment and when I came in she was very rude and her clothes did not fit her on top of its like she was not interested in the fact that I was standing there. I finally went back to see the doctor and she has no bedside manner and was very rude and would not let me talk. She acted like my problems were not important to her.I willing be calling humana to complain and to switch doctors. WORST place ever. Please do not go there unless you want a bad doctor and bad healthcare.

I visited Immediate MedCare on a somewhat urgent situation. Everyone was extremely attentive and helpful. Toni at the front desk checked me in quickly and with a smile. Dr. Chapman saw me, I felt she was genuinely concerned and took as much time as needed with me. I received instructions, Dr. Chapman walked me to the door and made sure my next appointment was scheduled. I even received a follow up call the next morning. I would definitely recommend!

Was in here last week and it's not been the first time I've been here fortunately, I normally don't write reviews and we were here with my boyfriend for 30 years and well I couldnt understand understand the girl at the counter were we checked in at and I dont know if it was us or who but she was sort of rude but it might of just been us and sort of had a attitude I know we all have our off days and I really just couldnt understand her or get the feeling like she was actually here to help me check him in. I never saw a nurse not like last time we did or anyone else besides her and what I presumed was a doctor , I come here Frank to help them understand what's going on and it felt like she was trying to rush us out and Frank and I couldn't understand why because there was nobody else behind us but luckily we're given paperwork when we left so that we could understand a little better we won't be coming back just didn't feel right at this second time the first time we came here it seemed right and nobody was in a hurry and just well did it seem like we got taken care of

The office went above & beyond to help with my mother! We were able to get in quickly and Dr. Chapman was absolutely wonderful! My mother & I both feel that she truly cares about her patients and their well being. The pleasant front office and nursing staff are just an added bonus! Look forward to her caring for our family for many years to come!
