I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. The way my care was done was unprofessional. Had a biopsy and a week later he performed a moh’s procedure. He was not prepared for the outcome. Had an assistant stitch me up. This procedure should have been done under anesthesia with the assistance of a plastic surgeon. The process left me with a limp of scar tissue on my chin and a puckered lip. It also left me with the inability to bite into food as the lower lip covers my bottom teeth making it difficult to bite. As far as I’m concerned he’s a butcher and left me scarred

Fantastic dermatology practice! If you are looking for a cosmetic injector look no further. Leah is a NP that specializes in fillers. Beautiful natural looking results. Highly recommend.

I have been to several derms in area, this one is by far the best! Right now with COVID they are taking extra precautions and steps! Ive had 2 MOHS done here, you cant even tell I had surgery, the closures were done so nice. and now Im getting the radiation treatments, The SRT Tech Christopher is also wonderful!

What a fantastic location. Even if Doc J isnt there, its maintained and run very well. Clean and the employees are awesome and friendly.

Very careless office, in the middle of a pandemic. I moved on. A small reception area and the receptionist has her mask off about 3/4 of the time and there is no barrier at all, so you have to pick up your paperwork in an area probably filled with her germs. Others gather there and talk, some with mask lowered. The assistant that did the scan did it so quickly I had whiplash. When she left, I was laying on my stomach so they could biopsy a place on the back of my leg. I got up and there was the other assistant, 1 ft away from me in a tiny exam room, without her mask on. I do have cancer on my face. I transferred to another dermatologist for the surgery.

I was one of Dr. Jawitz's first patients..... and I've always found him knowledgeable, helpful, and very good with skin problems. He's also a very nice man. At some time in the past when I was up North for a couple of years, he was quite ill. That's the only reason I can think of as to why at times he isn't as personable as the other patients want. Also, one of his children died. which is a terrible thing to go through. Whenever I've been there , though, he has been just as great as he was at the beginning of my visits with him. I have also gone to some of the dermatologists with great reviews here... I would not return to any of them.

I would rate this a 0 if I could . The only reason I went to him was because I was referred a year before and come to find out he wasn’t even apart of the primary care I was seeing anymore so that tells me right there something was not right. He was accepting cash, my mother spent over $400 for a “removal” of a cyst that he defined as sebaceous cyst. He ended up not even getting the whole capsule out so it grew back two times after his trying of getting it out. His sewture learned from him and has no schooling experience at all. The place Was not sterile from the bathrooms to the procedure rooms. After he was done he told me “I think I got it all out”. That then was a sign it wasn’t all out . I now got it SURGICALLY removed by a plastic surgeon (Dr.VanVliet) and came back as a dermoid cyst and I am more than happy with those results!!!

This is by far the most knowledgeable Dr., ARNP, and staff that I have had the fortune to visit. Another dermatology office completely missed exceptionally important skin issues that Dr. Jawitz and Leah noticed immediately! My health is in excellent hands here and I will go no place else!!

In my opinion, this is one of the best physician’s office on the county. The staff is so excellent and accommodating. Dr. Jawitz is a great doctor, artist and genius. I love going there. Not only are their cosmetic treatments of quality and value, their medical treatment of the skin and varying conditions is spot on. Excuse the pun. 😃
