If there was an option, I would leave 0 out of 5 stars. She completely ignored me when I was expressing my concern about going back on medication, stating that I would have to see someone from Psych even though I have been on this exact medication before. A waste of time and money to see psych when I know how I feel about going on this medication better than a total stranger. Do not recommend. Going back to Planned Parenthood as this will not work out.

My husband went to her and told her that he needed medication that week. His medication is literally lifesaving and right now he’s falling apart and has no immune system. She told him she’s new in the area coming from Tampa and will be in the network by one week so he’d have access to his meds then. It has been a month. And they charged us for it. We have tried to call her new office and haven’t been able to reach her. We called her old office and they said that she didn’t leave them any contact information. After leaving a voicemail and getting no response, I called them again the next day. I spoke to someone who claimed that she marked the prescription urgent and sent it to Winn Dixie. She notated that I never received a call back and told me someone would be in contact shortly. I haven’t received that call. I show up to the pharmacy today and they have no record of it.I left one more voicemail today to plead with the doctor to call me back. I’ll update this review when that happens.

Don’t come to this doctor unless you want help months later. She should be ashamed for what she’s done. She charged my family for a session and our family member is suffering. We were supposed to get medication for him for a serious issue and she disappeared. It’s been a month and a half! This doctor shouldn’t even have her license anymore. Never trust this doctor. 0 stars hands down.

Dr. Betancourt was very caring and competent. She spent time with asking questions and showed an interest in my problems. Very happy with her and her follow up.

even though I have an open access no referral required this practice insist on having a referral. So now I have to go back to primary care to ask for a referral, who refused to assist in a referral or start with a new family practice to ask for a referral.. TOO MANY DOCTORS INVOLVED TO MUCH STRESS .. JUST NEEDED TO SEE A DIABETES SPECIALIST.. SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE MEDICAL FEILD IN GENERAL!! NOT PATIENT OR WORKER FRIENDLY AT ALL.. I CANT KEEP MISSING SO MUCH WORK TRYING TO SEE HELP/ Also you have to go through two layers of of calls to make an appointment
