Did not follow up with the last visit and was going to charge me . I have now found out the surgery left me with a film on my eye that should have had laser as there was a wrinkle in the implant . My daughter is a critical care nurse and was with me the Dr. Had been made aware several times before the surgery that I was allergic to the anesthesia and I was crying because the doctor and anesthesiologist were both angry with me because I wouldn’t let them use what I was allergic to . Now I have to go to a different ophthalmologist and pay a co pay and possibly have to pay for laser surgery to correct the problem Doctor Adler created. Karen Perez

I had the worst experience of my life before my eye surgery. I had to wait three hours for him to get the right equipment. I called his office complaining about my eye hurting and he never responded. He said his girls didn’t give him. The message. It was too late by the time I got to his office, I was blind in one eye. Now I have to live with this for the rest of my life. He told me what was happening to my eye was just a normal I just needed the cataract removed, which was not true at all. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I really like this office. I’ve had three different medical staff all very nice and I think the world of Dr. Adler. They have all helped me with my eye issues and I’m grateful. They seen me at a moment’s notice and have gone out of their way to help.

I liked (notice the verbiage), but is staff, check-in and billing, have an attitude, are rude, and accusatory. I will be looking for a new Opthamologist.

Dr Adler was the only eye doctor that would see me on short notice. I injured my eye while on vacation from out of state. He saw me 3 days in a row. He saved my eye and my family's vacation. Bless him and his staff. I can't thank them enough

Dr. Adler has been my eye doctor for many years! I recently had to have cataract surgery. He is just the best! He is thorough, caring and a very skilled ophthalmologist. HIs staff is wonderful and I highly recommend Adler Eye Institute! I'm truly grateful to Dr. Adler and his staff for taking such good care of me and making sure I had a positive experience, for truth be known, I was a bit nervous about the surgery. I wouldn't trust my sight to just anyone!

I see there is no shortage of others commenting on rude staff. I unfortunately didn’t even have the chance to see Dr. Adler, which is unfortunate. I called the office in the way to an appt and informed them I was stuck in a traffic jam. The front desk girl told me to be there 15 past appt time and I said I would do my best. I got there 20 min past, and she proceeded to lecture me in front of a waiting room if people that I should have been there 20 min prior. Let’s not pretend she knew precisely why I was late. They refused to take me and I shall not be going back. It’s a shame…I heard he was a good dr.

Will cancel your scheduled surgery without notice. This is especially bad considering someone else must drive you, so they missed a day of work for absolutely nothing.

Precautions with the COVID-19 were taken seriously. Everything was taken care of after each patient arrived and left the office. I appreciated that. Thank you for going the extra mile. It shows that you truly do care and going above and beyond. 😁 I was referred to Dr. Adler by a family members who has been seeing Dr.Adler for many years. If it weren’t for Dr. Adler, I don’t know if my loved one would be able to see today. Thank you Dr. Adler for being so quick to diagnose and treat! It wasn’t easy by any means, but you saw it through and he/she has her sight back! 😉 My visit this week was very professional and easy going, thank you. You have an awesome staff at your fingertips as well. That is hard to find. I’ll be seeing you soon! 🤩 THANK YOU DR. ADLER FOR TAKING ME IN AS A NEW PATIENT!!

Having a cataract and needing surgery I started calling after speaking to 3 different ophthalmologist office . The first impression is the one that counts , no way would I go to any of these practices . My 4 th call I reached a friendly person and so I made an appointment. It is true first impressions are so right . Dr. Adler made me feel comfortable and confident after I had a terrible experience with cataract surgery 14 years ago. Hopefully my surgery will be as successful as Dr. Adler made me feel . It will be in a few weeks so stay tuned.
