When calling to make an appointment, the woman who answered the appointment line was rude and obnoxious!! There was no reason for that! Obviously the staff needs to be trained in customer service and to treat every patient with respect!!

Dr Pace is good even though I only met him once before the surgery. Thank God for the reviews that’s why im leaving this one now. he found the problem gave me an excellent surgery but my only complaint is the no pain medication after surgery. I’m a single mom of 3 and I’m crying every time I move. Even in front of my children. Called the office they told me to go back to the emergency room for meds or call my primary doctor. I am not an addict of any kind and literally just had surgery yesterday. That’s just crazy to me. Why can’t I heal peacefully why do I have to be in pain. I didn’t ask to need this surgery. Thank you for potentially saving my life I am grateful but now I have to suffer while I heal. Didn’t sleep much before because of my heart and looks like I can’t right now either.

Very professional and a good listener. Gives you a good understanding of how your heart works and keeps you going. Always a smile and cheerful mood even if it may not be. His office staff is wonderful too. Keeps you up to date on your wait time and treats you with respect and compassion. A rare jewel to find a doctor and staff working together for your benefit.

Great bedside manner. Walked me through my heart procedure every step to recommending the right surgeon. I'm lucky to have him as my cardiologist and would recommend him to anyone.

I am horrified. Here's why: Over the past week I have been having feet swelling and resting heart rate over 110 consistently. I knew I had an appointment with this new cardiologist coming up this week. They called me on Monday to reschedule my appointment because they said the doctor wouldn't be able to see me then. Then when I called back to reschedule they said that was a mistake and to come in on the 6th. I had a rough night last night not sleeping well. I struggled all morning trying to go slow to keep my heart rate down and oxygen levels up. It took me two hours to get ready. I got outside and started to lock my door and the key broke in the lock. I have other doors so I came inside, locked that door from the inside, then went out another door using my secondary key I got out of the cabinet. It's now 9:30 and my appointment is at 10. I got out to my truck, put on portable oxygen and set up my gps and headed that way. I arrived at 9:48 a.m. but the GPS took me in circles. I pulled in up front at 9:52 (I am most of the time never late). I started to get out but I was having a hard time finding my mask which was in my purse but both are black so it was hard to see. I put my mask on and then got my portable oxygen tank out and headed inside. I got inside, the receptionist asked for my ID and insurance which I presented. Then I had two pages to fill out. Nothing major very easy compared to other places I have been. One was just covid questions. The other one was a quick basic what's wrong with you one pager. Easy. Done. Took longer to walk back to the receptionist than to fill it out. I handed papers to her. She then said exact words "The doctor said he won't see you today because you were late. Mind you, I have had a rough morning and I am 99 percent NEVER late. My appointment was at 10. And that being said, most doctors are NEVER on time getting someone in. So, now I am standing there staring at her. I said what? She said you will have to reschedule. I said, I am having a really hard time today. I have feet swelling I never have and my heart is racing. I needed to be seen. I got there before 10 but she said I had to be there at 20 before 10 to do paperwork that took me literally less than five minutes to fill out. I said Why did you let me sit here suffering filling out paperwork if he wasn't going to see me? That is the most inhumane thing I have ever heard. She should have said that when I walked in the door. Or called me at 15 til and I would have stopped my long drive and suffering. So I walked out and got back in my truck. She comes out with my paper work and said she is going to ask the doctor to see me. I said don't bother. Any doctor with that little of respect for a new patient is not a doctor I want to be seen by. I have been mold toxic for 2 years and in the hospital 37 times, died several times, heart attacks, in a coma, paralysed, blood clots, edema, just stung by 20 wasps, fell over my gutter and cut my leg, on oxygen, and fighting for my life for the past 26 months. So, I am surely strong enough to wait out finding a better doctor. I am calling whatever board, I am telling you the building outside was in such shambles I wasn't sure if a real doctor was even inside there and apparently I got my answer. I would not bother going to this man. Anyone with such disdain for people should not be a doctor. I wonder what his malpractice wrap sheet looks like? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else before wasting your time here.

You may have to wait to see Dr. Pace, but he is well worth the wait. We have learned that he truly cares about his patients when he sits down and looks you in the eye and you have his undivided attention. Something rarely experienced with doctors these days. He is knowledgeable and he's willing to educate if you are willing to ask the questions. He's open to ideas and seems willing to do the research with you to get more answers.

One of the most compassionate and caring physicians I have met. He takes the time to understand you and your specific needs. I have dealt with many cardiologist throughout my life, and feel very lucky to have been under the care of Dr. Pace for more than 10 years.
