Dr. Ottaviani and her P.A. Christine have been absolute lifesavers. Dr. O actually takes time to listen and answer questions about my treatment options. She even called me personally to go over some test results. At any point that I have a question, I can always call and get connected with Christine who is always so prompt to return calls. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ottaviani, was very kind, gentle and professional performing my EMG test. She explained everything before and as she was dinging the test, so l knew what to expect at all times. She also let me know that l have a possible shoulder problem that l should get checked too. Simple things first!

Dr. Ottaviani provided me with excellent care and technical skill in administering nerve conduction tests. I was apprehensive before the visit, but was very relieved to find that my fears were unfounded. In so many medical fields, the positive attitude and proper techniques of the physician's treatments make all the difference in patient perception and comfort. This doctor understands and practices those concepts.

I absolutely love Dr Ottaviani. She's a caring and compassionate doctor who truly seems to care about her patients. I have bursitis in my hip (only age 44) and she's gone to great lengths to help find a way to help alleviate my pain. She knew I didn't want pain pills, EVER( I hate the way they make me feel) she just wanted to help me cure the pain. Which the physical therapist upstairs at Coastal did. (Tiffany). Dr Ottaviani recommended her specifically and she's amazing. Thank you thank you

Dr. Ottaviani has been a disappointment. She did not return repeated phone calls, did not seem to listen to the patient-reported results of a diagnostic test but ordered the test to be redone, causing a considerable delay in treatment. Once she was over an hour late in seeing me, no apology. Looking for another doctor.
