Appointment ran a few minutes late, but other than that, great service from the ladies in the front and the doctor is always very nice and quick.

Very long wait as a walk-in to get my glasses adjusted ...had to leave without getting service as there were 12-15 people ahead of me who never got waited on either. Perhaps they were shorthanded at that time, but there were 3 employees & only 1 customer was getting their new glasses put on which got done in 5 minutes, but then 10 minutes went by & no one was waited on. And it's very awkward that the seating faces the windows as you have your back to the employees. But the Doctor & eye exam were good. He was kind and timely, and that part is wort 5 ☆☆☆☆☆!

I had an appointment a couple months back that's how old this incident is. I have never in my life had to take time out of my damn life to write a review. Let's start off with the fact that this place has got to be shut down and that these girls that you call employees need to literally be banned from any medical field except for the tall girl with short hair she was the best thing out of this whole situation. I came to my appointment 15 mins early to fill out paper work I got my pretest done and I came to sit back down and as I was walking past the door from the employees michelle walks past me and literally reeks from weed I could smell it and it felt like the store was a hotbox and then a pregnant girl came up to me and asked if I need my pretest done and her smell of weed hit my face I felt like I was high just standing there. The doctor was very nice but he was weird he kept asking me about my life I don't know probably just meThat old lady on the bouncy ball is literally the most wanna be Karen of ALL she literally acts like she knew what she was doing but kept asking for the manager and she didn't know I could speak Spanish and she called me a crazy person for asking about my benefits and how much I was getting I said excuse me and she just smiled and said yes? And I told her in Spanish if I'm so crazy then my moneys no good here and she looked like the blood left her body. Then Michelle just kept staring at me and I was like yes? And said if I want to be rude I can leave and so I just got my shit and left . Everyone's rude except for that one girl she was very sweet and helpful fuck optical outlets
