Being this is a scary time with cancer I had to have a pet scan, the staff was more then awesome here and dealt well with my emotional outburst and soothed my fears. I am grateful. Wish there were more locations and more affordable to all. The staff is outstanding!!

Someone called my husband's phone and didn't wait for him to pick up. When he called back, he couldn't understand the person, so handed me his phone after requesting they talk with me. She did not identify herself or the facility, but did she was confirming an appointment. When I asked where she was calling from,her heavy accent made me ask her to repeat. She insisted my husband had an appointment to be confirmed. When I asked who referred him, and what kind of testing was to be done, she said she couldn't say. Since neither of us was aware of this appointment, and I already had something booked elsewhere, I told her to cancel, which made her angry.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, yet was very professional. They were very good about what going on and was very attentive to my comfort during the MRI. I commend them all.
