BEWARE..before you go..although Dr. Pandaya is good, but if you go here you'll have to deal with his office manager, Melody. She'll insist that you pay upfront cause insurance won't (although the dentist that referred me already ran it through my insurance and got a paper from them) then when insurance does pay, and you are due a refund, then its a fight to get refund! It has been 2 months and I am calling insurance company and BBB today to get them involved. It doesn't matter how good of a Dr you are. If the staff that interacts with your patients is terrible and ripping them off...noone is going to recommend

After a lesion was spotted during an oral cancer screening at my regular dentist, it was recommended that I see an oral surgeon and have a biopsy done on the lesion. I did some research and found Dr. Pandya. I called and an appointment was scheduled for less than a week away (with the Thansgiving holiday during that time period). They saw me right on schedule. The nurses and front office staff were very friendly. I was more than a little nervous. Dr. Pandya thoroughly reviewed my medical history with me and took a look. He didn't see any spots of concern in the area that I was originally there to have looked at. He proceeded to look even more deeply and, thankfully, found nothing to be concerned about. He was professional, kind and thorough. I highly recommend.

I had to get a wisdom tooth extracted and had a great experience with Dr. Abraham. The procedure was quick and painless. The whole staff was so nice and worked to get me in quickly. I especially want to give thanks to Avery who was great.

I went to this dentist to have 3 teeth pulled. He said he could do the implants when the teeth were extracted if the bone could handle it. He charged me half the cost before I had any surgery which was substantial. I cancelled the surgery due to medical reasons well in advance of the procedure. He told me I couldn't get all my deposit back and got on the phone and was very rude trying to convince me to just have the extractions. He also told me there was a "restocking" fee charge for the implants. I never got the paperwork until I asked for it and in the smallest font on the financial form it mentioned the fee. Beware of what you sign. This dentist is greedy.

My treatment at Manatee Oral & Facial Surgery Center at the 4016 9th Ave W location was fantastic! ALL of the people there were so pleasant and kind to be around. There was confidence from Dr. Pandya and throughout his assistants. Confidence and gentle are two things I want when I seek out dental work. I had implants done and even though I wasn’t familiar with the process, any question I had they answered and were spot on. The front desk was always happy and happy to help. The place was clean and well kept. I 100% recommend this location and staff for any dental surgery needed. I was just so impressed with everyone and even though I don’t live close to that location it was worth the drive for me.

Very happy with this office and my procedure! Doctor & staff were great. Will definitely come back again if needed.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Staff and the Doctor is very kind and helpful. It relieved my pain and anxiety. It upsets me to see such negative reviews about this practice. Dr. Pandya is a wonderful caring individual and goes out of his way to help people in need. Please do not judge this practice by such negative experiences. Everyone is entitled to their opininons.

One star is too many! Horrible & terrifying. I'm confused by the positive feedback. I certainly didn't have the great experience others have had. The doc has a serious God complex. I've never been treated so rudely by anybody?? EVER! He was very rushed & and wasn't concerned about my anxiety & fear of the procedures. After the 1st procedure, on my way home (in tears), the stitches started popping out. He blamed ME for him using the wrong materials. It was terrible & he was so nasty. I wish I hadn't followed through after the 1st intake visit I chalked it up to ALL of them having a bad day. Should've paid attention to my instincts about the place. The office women were more concerned about their looks than answering questions. I wouldn't recommend him & staff to my worst enemy. I don't actually have enemies but if a friend went to him, I'd be their enemy for sure. My regular dentist won't send his patients there anymore. I wasn't the only person who had this experience.
