GREAT DOCTOR: JUST WATCH YOUR WALLET ACCOUNTING/ BILLING OFFICE STAFF. A senior citizen on a fixed income paid a $160.00 bill.

If I could rate my visit with Dr Das with a 0 out of five I would. I waited 3 hrs to see her and when I finally did see her she didn’t even examine me. She said she could remove my gallbladder but had little knowledge when it came to my condition Barrett’s Esophagus. She told me her partner was more knowledgeable in that field and said I should see him. I got in 3 days later to see him and only waited 20 mins. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about my gallbladder removal as well as my Barrett’s Esophagus. He examined me and said I had a hernia behind my belly button as well and said he could remove the gallbladder and hernia soon, but the staff said otherwise. They seemed to think I was locked in with Dr Das even though I felt more comfortable with Dr Toomy. An office administrator called to confirm my feelings saying I should be able to choose my dr only to be told later from an office staff worker that in their practice drs don’t steal patients from other drs

After looking at my chart for less than 1 minute, Dr. Das proceeded to argue with me that I still have a tumor when two MRI's three months apart show no evidence of tumor or lymph node involvement. She wasn't prepared, she was arrogant and argumentative. I wouldn't put my life in her hands. Do not recommend her.

Over a year ago had hemorrhoid surgery. She Never explained possible issues or options & seemed annoyed & offended with my questions. I ended up with life long leaky bowel because of her bad surgery. Go to a dr with more experience please……

I have Lung Cancer, Dr Das will be putting the port. She explained the process to me. I felt more comfortable after the explanation. She is very comforting and kind.
