She gets no stars!! She is rude,uncaring,don't know how to speak to people.its her way or no way!! I left that office after she basically dismissed me cause she didn't know what in the world she was talking about and I spoke up for myself and she didn't like it.its hott as he'll in the office.No air the staff is rude also.the whole place is unprofessional.I wouldn't recommend her to anyone I love.or my pet.

Called to see if accepting new patients and Will told me they were. Started to get all of my info and set up appointment but once he saw I was in their system because I used to go to another Dr in their group that has too many patients and I can't get into anymore it changed to him needing to have the Dr review my record to see if I would be a "good fit" for her practice. Never heard this before and was stumped. Will said he would call me that afternoon or the next business day to let me know and never heard from him again. I did not bother to call again because this "good fit" thing seems so weird and I am just going to to keep looking for a different primary care Dr.

They are very nice, friendly, and have a clean office but it stops here, they have zero follow through. I have been a patient since January with many medical issues, (I am dying) and from my first visit I needed referrals and unfortunately have not heard from any of them and we're at the end of June. I was having an issue with my neck and pinch nerves with my arm and hand going numb, we did an mri 1st of April and Dr said physical therapy is my only option at this time, it's the end of June still no pt., when I called about it i was told they did their job, it's their referrals dept problem. I asked how do I get in touch with referrals, and was told they are out of the country!!! I did get a little upset and said they really need to follow through for their patients and was met with more excuses and if you want to switch doctors now is the time it's the end of the month. Then I received a call from a snippy upset nurse further making excuses and telling me referrals don't happen in 24hrs, failing to realize that referral was from April. I am dying and asked for an wheelchair and because I complained about the follow through of office staff, I was told during the snippy attitude call that the doctor said I don't need help. I am now looking for another doctor!!!
