We to this urgent care after a dog bite. It happened where I volunteer. Turned away bc I didn’t have all the county’s insurance info. I get it is about money. But treat the patient - then get the insurance info. Go elsewhere.

So I came here after I got bit by a dog at manage County animal welfare. Because I didn't have any specific information about the insurance company they wouldn't see me.

Although going to an urgent care is never fun, the staff here were incredible and helped answer any questions I had!!

I think the main point to make here is that the doctor that treated me displayed genuine concern for my condition and made absolutely sure that I had all of the treatment she could provide and all of the information I needed to ensure that I stayed on track after I left. So much so that I received a follow up call late that night as she was preparing to go home.

I had problems with earwax blockage for a few weeks and after doing over the counter ear drops to no avail, I decided to see a doctor. After reading the many positive online reviews decided on Sunshine Urgent Care on Manatee. I made a wise choice.The place was very nice and super clean. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. In a short amount of time I had the excess wax removed and both my ears were flushed clean.Thank you Dr. Howell and everyone at Sunshine Urgent Care.

My husband was having back problems. Everyone at the clinic was wonderful. Robin at the front desk answered all our questions & helped us fill out forms. We had spoken to Gary before we came. He was thorough in his exam, friendly, and very positive. Dr. Sehres continued the positive approach and plan of treatment. Thank you Sunshine Care We appreciater your care & prompt response

I have visited Sunshine Urgent Care twice and had a great experience both times. I went in yesterday for pink eye and a sinus infection and I looked scary lol. But everyone from the front desk, to the nurse who took my vitals, to Dr. Howell, was incredibly professional, pleasant, and treated me with respect and dignity. I will definitely continue to visit Sunshine when my PCP is booked or if I need care in a pinch. Thank you all for what you do!
