Rude...waited 45 minutes...had to leave the exam room and ask for the doctor. As an established patient, I am being told that I can't see him for three months. Really? My psoriasis will be out of control by then. I am wondering why he can't prescribe the same medication that worked so well last time. Apparently, he really does not care!

Dr. Falanga is clearly intelligent and knowledgeable however I felt like I was there to assist him as a teaching mannequin vs.as a patient seeking help. My humanity was ignored and I felt violated. Dr. Falanga pulled at my gown without asking,showed areas of my body to his students asking them quiz questions actually disregarding the issues of why I sought a consultation. He used me as an example of a disease rather than as a patient. I have been to many doctors but have never been treated so inhumanely.
