Sent us to the ER both times and the ER looked at us and said it wasn't necessary. So we just were billed $1.5k with insurance and drove an hour each way for no other reason than the doctors here are unqualified

We had a visit here on Friday and were very pleased with our experience! My children have very bad anxiety when it comes to doctors visits, but Crystal (the nurse) was very gentle and patient, and she even did everything to my daughters bear first before doing it to my daughter to make her more comfortable, and as a mother, that speaks volumes. Roxanne was great, very nice and quick and didn't put us through any unnecessary testing, which again, as parents with anxious kids, we appreciate so much. The place was very clean, and our wait time was less than 5 minutes. Five star service for sure, and 2 great staff members! 🙂

This has been such a wonderful addition to LWR area ! Everyone is so nice and all of the physicians have been wonderful and efficient. They call to follow up and is so refreshing to have a facility that cares . As someone who is self pay i think the price is extremely reasonable.

I would like to shout to the awesome team that took us in around 758pm knowing they close at 8pm. I really appreciate the team, Crystal-Site Manager, Karley/ Support staff and Kim NP. They took care of my son having severe asthma attack. They referred us to children’s hospital for further treatment! Thank you for taking time and staying late for us. Were grateful that we showed up at the right place!!

The website allows one to make an appointment for a specific arrival time. This location does not “hold your place in line” and does not honor the time selected online when you pre register. I understand it’s an approximate time but to arrive at your estimated time and be told you’re at the bottom of the list is a little disappointing. We made the appointment to limit our wait time and possible exposure to possible illness since we were coming in for an injury.

Staff was super friendly all around! The front desk specialists, doctor and nurses! The kids asked if they could go there all the time instead of their regular doctor! Awesome experience. We were in and out in no time!
