I first visited an ortho doc in St. Pete w/All Florida Orthopaedic, considered top in the area. What a nightmare from moment I hobbled in with 2 broken bones in my foot. Room was packed as I waited over an hour in agonizing pain. They wanted me to get up 2 steps to xray my foot. No way! They had NO solutions so xray was skipped! The very cavalier, arrogant, insensitive doc made his diagnosis w/o xray, gave me a gigantic boot, refused me meds to lessen my pain, & sent me on my way. I felt I was in a 3rd world country leaving very depressed. Fortunately I got a 2nd opinion. Very clean office with warm, welcoming staff. Had state-of-the-art equipment that x-rayed my foot as I remained seated..no pain! Dr. Jester was a breath of fresh air. He took his time and totally understood my challenges and pain. Gave me info on a lighter, more modern shorter boot. Same diagnosis but I left with a whole lot more confidence and knew I was in the right hands going forward. Highly recommend this Doctor.

Dr. Jester repaired my broken wrist and then had to take care of carpel tunnel & trigger finger. In both cases he was attentive, information, and simply great. His Winter Haven office is always pleasant and helpful, which is an add for him.

Horrible experience. This doctor has NO bed side manner and blames the patient for him causing them a lifelong disability: takes No accountability. My foot surgery was in March and I have been completely traumatized from this surgery, and the way he treated me afterwards. I wouldn’t wish that treatment on my worse enemy.

Dr. Jester did my surgery. Chase was very efficient in making sure that I understood everything about my recent injury. Medical assistants & x-ray tech always warm & welcoming. I would recommend anyone with Orthopedic issue to this group.

The first appointment I had with Dr. Jester was incredibly Awesome! Dr. Jester is professional yet laid back. He spends as much time with each a d every patient as much time as you need. He explains everything in great detail, answers all your questions, is never ever in a hurry. I feel super comfortable and know I'm in excellent hands with Dr. Jester. His staff at Orthopaedic Nedical Group in Brandon are Awesome as well. Super friendly, patient and overall the best in customer service.
