I scheduled a virtual new patient appointment through the medical portal. Forty-five minutes into waiting for the doctor to join the virtual appointment, I received a call stating virtual appointments are not possible for new patients. Surprising and disappointing because I was able to schedule the appointment but had to about 6 weeks in advanced only to wait for 45 minutes and ultimately not be able to be seen by the doctor.

Very efficient and trustworthy. She called in help to track me down and saved my life by getting me to the hospital in time for treatment which consisted in part blood infusion of 8 units of blood. I love her.

Dr. Oliva has been my doctor for over 10 years and I highly recommend her. She takes the time (There may be a wait since she does this with each patient.) to carefully listen and goes the extra mile, every time!

She takes all the time necessary to make sure that we go over all of my medical problems. She cares about her patients. I have had bad doctors and I know what it is like to have a good doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Adela and I have in the past to friends and clients. I have moved to another county and I make the trip to see Dr. Adela because I know she will take care of me if a problem arises.

Dra. Adela is one of the few Doctors left who really cares about you as a human. In fact she might expend more time talking with you to make you feel at ease. I have been a patient of hers for over 20 years, and now she takes my adult children too.
