if you’re looking for a spine doctor he is the best. I had surgery in Lakeland with another doctor he had done surgery on the L4 and L5 of my spine. I was in so much pain in my right leg before surgery.It was the sciatic nerve after he did the surgery my left leg went out lotta pain and numbness. he kept telling me it was in my head that was nothing wrong. that’s when I set out to find me a new doctor that’s when I found Dr. Samad. he looked at my x-rays and said that three of the screws were in my nerve in my spine and one screw was not even screwed in. his schedule surgery right away with me. and I have never felt better. The pain has gone away he was very professional. he saved my life. A spine is something that you do not mess with has a lot to do with a lot of your body like your legs your feet and back of course. If you ever need a back doctor Dr. Samad is the one to go to he listens to you his staff is very courteous and professional.

Dr. Samad is a highly skilled surgeon who listens his patients and, in a fast and efficient manner, determines the best treatment for you. He answered all my questions with ease and compassion. After decades of unbearable back pain, inefficient treatments by other doctors, and tons of painkillers -- Dr. Samad, in a short time healed my spine and now pain is in the past. Due to injuries in the lumbar spine and resulting arthritis I had experienced increasing back pain for many years. By early 2021 the pain and claudication had become so severe I could barely walk 100 feet.A series of Lumbar spinal injections had done nothing to relieve the symptoms and I was referred to Dr. Samad.He examined me ordered an MRI and gave me the best news Ive had in years when he said We can help you.I had surgery on March 3 2021 Three disc fusion with Laminectomy six screws and 4 rods in the L4L5 S1 discs.Post op pain was bothersome but manageable and I was up the next day with a walker.Im now 61821 three months into recovery and Its absolutely amazing how much better I am.I do not use the word Genius lightly Dr. Samad is just that. An amazingly skilled caring Doctor whose ability is beyond question.I actually mowed my lawn last week with NO pain I am able to again walk on the beach with NO pain Earlier this year I thought I was going end up in a wheelchair for the rest of my life because even the simplest of tasks resulted in having to sit down until the excruciating back pain subsided. Now I am able to do things I havent been able to do in years.Thank you Dr. Samad you gave me back my quality of life

I have seen so many great reviews for this guy. I wish I had had a similar experience. Maybe it was because I have Medicaid and there was no real money in my visits. I felt his indifference on the first visit. I had a referal for lumbar. I got my mri, and on my second visit, he never went over it. In fact my chiropractor had to tell me what the report meant. There is an area of concern where one of my facets has enlarged and is very close to my spinal cord. Samad said nothing of this. He dismissed my referral for my thoracic and cervical neck, I wanted further MRI's. He said lose weight. I am already doing this. I told him I lost my PT referal so at least i got that from him. My Chiropractor said, Nikki, I dont care if you reach 100 pounds, that may help some, but you have degenerative disc disease, and you will always have pain. And he is concerned about that facet. Because I receive Medicaid, I waited 5 months for my 1st visit. Do not reccomend if your poor. looking for new dr.

Dr. Samad and the entire surgical team that I had were amazing My experience was completely stress and pain free. I didnt even need pain meds after my back surgery to relieve a large bulging disk and compressed sciatic nerve. I am completely satisfied with my procedure

Also suffer with severe back and leg pain that I have not been able to walk for a very long time. I opted to have spinal fusion and am walking in 3 weeks without leg pain

Dr. Adil Samad performed surgery on my neck to correct 2 herniated disc that had my spinal cord compromised. Prior to the surgery I was in a great deal of pain and losing my quality of life. From my first appointment through my postop. visit I have received medical care that has far exceeded any expectations that I may have had. Dr. Samad is a BRILLIANT Surgeon however I believe his greatest quality is his interaction with his patients his genuine concern for what they are going through and their quality of life I would highly recommend the services of Dr. Samad and his entire staff

I wish I had visited Dr. Samad years ago He displayed top notch professionalism and expertise in diagnosing and treating my condition. I underwent a 2 level cervical fusion on 1192021 and 6 weeks later am back participating in my aggressive exercise routine The scar on my neck is cleverly concealed within my neck crease as Dr. Samad put it. My family likes to refer to it being in my neck wrinkle. I prefer Dr. Samads very nice term and that is just one example of Dr. Samads very kind and relatable personality. I HIGHLY recommend him and the staff here My advice to anyone who is in pain DONT WAIT schedule your appointment now.

He said Surgery wouldn’t help didn’t matter what type and recommended I get a second opinion with another orthopedic doctor in the same practice who I could hear him on the phone talking to after he told me to wait in the exam room. The walls were thin and he was next door. I felt like he was pawning me off or that I was overreacting about my pain. I’m 30 years old I have had back problems since I was 16. My life revolves around my back and how it feels each day. I have done physical therapy more than a dozen times over the years three epidural steroid injections and a plethora of other treatments with no success. I said I couldn’t take corticosteroids he didn’t ask why probably just assumed I was being difficult. I was overprescribed them in the past to the point of almost developing Cushing’s syndrome. My pain affects my work and at it’s most severe my going to the restroom. I shouldn’t have been so hopefully to think I found a doctor who would finally help me.

Dr Samad was very professional and detailed in explaining the procedure before and after my surgery. Surgery went better than expected. I would highly recommend this surgeon.
