Alfred Hess's Online Review Report Card

I scheduled an appointment only for my trigger finger that I have been dealing with for the past 2 years. The scheduling process was easy quick and convenient. The only challenge was when I received messages to confirm my appointment and fill out paperwork the system could not find me. This could have been my fault when scheduling the appointment and I did not address the communication until Friday after hours. I got to the office 30 minutes early to handle this and was happy to see they use ipads to complete forms electronically. The staff medical assistants and doctor Hess were pleasant warm and to the point. I was out of the office within an hour and I could see other patients with the same turnaround time. Now I am monitoring my progress for this first time treatment. I was very pleased with Dr. Hess and staff to answer my questions regarding my treatment. I hope not to come back but if I have other issues I feel very comfortable doing so.

Staff was very welcoming Dr.Hess educated me on my condition and helped me understand what the best course of treatment would be for me. Another Doctor or assistant named Tony was incredible his bedside manner was commendable. Wonderful experience. Staff was professional DR. Hess and his PA were knowledgeable took so much time making sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed. I LOVED Dr. Hess and Co This was my second opinion so I did have a comparison. Dont go anywhere else. VERY HAPPY

The waiting was only 10 minutes which is very short in my opinion Dr. Hess and his resident both showed concern for my problem and offered a solution which I plan to follow

I would recommend dr. Hess to anyone. In fact Ive seen another couple of doctors at Florida Orthopedic. I would not go anywhere. They are pretty quick about getting you back to a room from the waiting room. In the past two weeks dr. Hess performed my trigger finger surgery. I feel much better now. The pain is gone. And the scar is minimal. Everyone is kind considerate and knowledgeable. I have also seen the spine doctor there. I was recommended to dr. Hess from a surgeon in Cincinnati. Im glad that Im a patient. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

A beautifully wellrun professional office. Delightful people and comfortable furniture. Everyone here obviously loves their job and helping injured suffering sick people.

I have had two appointments and he was not clear about what needed to be done about my severe pain instead he sent me to a pan management specialist. So for now I cannot speak well of the doctor.

I loved my visit. Dr Hess and his staff were very professional. They went over my MRI in detail and recommended against surgery for the time being. Great bedside manner.

Wait was short the dr and PA was very nice explained things for surgery.

Dr. Hess Dr. Hudson performed my wrist tendon transfer surgery on my left hand. Despite a painful ecperience first few days following surgery my recovery went really well incision looks great like a scratch only. Dr. Hess is a man of few words but is very direct doesnt beat around the bush. He will answer your questions just need to ask. Dr. Hudson is also very informative both doctors have been supportive in supplying me accommodation letters for my work. I highly recommend both. Also on a side note the occupational therapists Sue Tiffany at the Brandon location that I have seen to help me regain mobility of my hand wrist are both excellent therapists.
