Amazing Kidz Therapy, Pllc's Online Review Report Card

We have been seeing Ms. Lindsay for over two years and followed her to Amazing Kidz. She is so talented. She can push kids out of their comfort zone and make it fun. Her technical ability as a speech therapist is a talent that not many have. Our son has been having sessions with her for 2.5 years and is excited to have the session with her every time. We are so thankful to her. As a parent, she also provides you with the tools to continue practicing at home and reinforcing the work completed at speech. The office atmosphere is warm and quiet. All the staff is always friendly. I do hope they expand access to accepting Aetna in the future.

Morgan at Amazing Kidz has been a godsend for our family. She’s so sweet and fun and my son, Sol, Loves seeing her. A few months ago he had severe torticollis in his neck and struggled to turn even a couple of inches to the right- now he has full range of motion and is meeting his developmental milestones. We are so grateful!!

This is for the main amazing kids location in Brandon: While the therapists were great individually- I will not be going back here for my child because of billing issues. They had my card on file and several times charged it above the authorized amount without my consent. I asked them to stop and they did it several more times. I was also told that pediatric feeding therapy was medically necessary for my daughter. They scheduled me right away to get started without discussing billing. When I asked they advised a range for each visit which was fine. Then my insurance company denied the services stating not medically necessary. Amazing kids asked me to get a new diagnosis from my pediatrician so I did. Apparently my insurance denied this again. Michelle at Amazing kids called me mid day to say that I owed the over $400 balance and they would settle it for the self pay amount (around half) if I paid it today only. I asked to have more time so I could call insurance and they said they would only accept less today and after that it would accrue interest. I was honestly appalled that they wouldn't assist in the insurance billing aspect as they told me these services were necessary. I paid the lesser amount to avoid them charging the full owed amount to my card but this is a predatory practice that puts tons of people out of insurance payment benefits. I won't work with a business that's treats customers like this. The routine of scheduling recurring treatment right away without talking about the cost and not attempting to help customers with insurance billing issues are red flags.

My daughter has made major gains from doing occupational therapy here in just a month. The staff is always super friendly and my daughter loves working with Ms. Lizzie, Ms. Melissa and even though she just started doing speech she loves Ms. Andrea!

I highly recommend this facility as the staff has helped my daughter reach her milestones. She had made tremendous improvements in her walking capabilities with the assistance from friendly staff.

Ms. Morgan is great with my son and the staff is always so nice.

I had a great experience with amazing kidz i saw big difference with in few therapy session ..my son is taking occupational therapy and he learnt so many thing in very short time..thankx to ms.lissie and amazing kid

We were with Amazing Kidz Therapy for the past few years up until our move recently and our experience was great. Melissa was hands down the best OT that my daughter has had so far, always caring/patient while pushing her to do her best. And the owner Kat is always very responsive and willing to help if there are ever any concerns. We will miss them so much!
