I had a poor customer service experience with this location. The people they hire are incompetent and do not know how to communicate expectations regarding insurance regulations.

I wish I had checked Google AI or Reddit prior to entering this hole because I never would have gone there. There’s a reason their prices are so cheap. Rude, unprofessional, and unqualified. It took them a month to fill my Rx and I had to call them to see if my glasses arrived when they claimed they would text me. Nope. So, when I returned and tried my glasses, they were filled with the wrong Rx and they tried to blame my optician! I went back to my doctor and got sample lenses of the Rx and it was completely accurate and AB messed it up. So incompetent! The employee going by the name “Vi” does not follow through with her claims to return calls. Horrible person. Such rude and ugly behavior. America’s “Best” is the WORST! Do not waste your time and money. You get what you pay for and it’s garbage.

Mrs. Ashley was attentive and educated me on the process of keeping my glasses protected. Fixed my damaged frames (what I initially came in for.) 10/10 definitely saved the day with the service and attitude. Very much appreciative and will be revisiting to purchase my next pair

Ashley saved my life by fixing my glasses. My left handle on my glasses was nearly in half and she fixed it within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

I don't think I have ever had an order that was correct the first time there. There's always a problem. The front desk person stares at me when I walk in and all but one sales associate is impatient and unfriendly. I go because it's close to the house and my insurance covers the glasses and contacts, but the experience is always painful.

I had a fantastic experience at America’s Best in Brandon! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Toc was absolutely amazing when helping me pick out my frames. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the perfect pair that fit both my style and budget. Their friendly attitude made the whole process fun and stress-free! Dr. H was also excellent during the eye exam. They were thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Overall, I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Toc and Dr. H!

Disappointed!! I received voicemail that the appointment was cancelled due to the doctor was going to be out, so when I returned their call I was informed that I could keep the appointment because a doctor was going to fill in for the doctor. I received confirmation via text. When I arrived I was informed that the appointment was cancelled 😡 and I showed the confirmation text confirming my appointment. Basically I was advised that I was S.O.L. The manager she called appointments (5:30 and 5:50) to see if they were coming in. She asked the doctor to squeeze me in and due to their error. I was advised that she had to pick up her child, this experience has definitely one that I will share with my family members that we’re going to their appointments and everyone else.

Tanayrie the assistant manager very very professional the way she greets you when you walk in til the time you leave. Her customer service if A1 very knowledgeable I love it. I had a rough start to today until I got here & met her. Thank You Americas Best for choosing her for your business employee she turned my morning around !!!

This is a place they don’t know what they are talking about I have wear glasses for 30 years and it’s always been Bifocal and today I went they have told me NO it’s just single vision serious I don’t know how can they stay in business very unprofessional never again waste money for eye exam as well
