Dr. Tobon is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He really helped me come to terms with my first skin cancer on my face, showed empathy that I am young to be having this struggle, patiently explained my treatment options and helped me choose the right one for me. He was so supportive and helped me feel like "We've got this!" He is kind, very knowledgeable and a true professional. He also did a nice job with a mole removal. My kids have liked him for their skin issues, as well. Thank you so much for the exceptional care you provide, Dr. Tobon and Brandon Dermatology!

Dr Tobon and Shannon are excellent and I have always been happy with their clinical treatment. However, their front desk staff is very rude and show no concern when you call or need to reschedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I will be going back to my old dermatologist for treatment where their front desk staff is warm and inviting. I highly recommend you having a training to teach your front desk staff customer service skills and how to be kind and caring when talking to patients. I do believe having recare patients keeps a business afloat. But if your staff doesn’t care to do that then you will be losing more patients.

Love the Office... Never had an issue with the staff and Gail at the front desk is very welcoming. Doctor saw me in a timely manner, the nurses are very helpful and Dr. Tobon was very attentive while I was in the room. He was able to help diagnose my issue and prescribed me a topical that was able to clear everything up within a few weeks. Highly recommend and will go back for all annual checks!
