Andrew Walter's Online Review Report Card

We have had a horrible experience with this practice. Financially, they do not know what they’re doing, we have never experience something this stressful and confusing. Last August my husband and I suffered a miscarriage with twins and had to come in for a DNC with Dr. Walter, which I think is unfair to even have to pay for, but we ended up paying $1200 anyway. We are coming up on one year since the surgery and we are still getting bills saying that we owe money, not just $25 here and there but between $700 and $1100 every month it seems. We have had no luck or help with customer service, we still have not gotten this handled. We are newlyweds that already have enough on our plate, let alone a miscarriage, and now being charged back-and-forth even though we’ve already paid the full amount. They said we over paid on our bill and so they gave us a refund of $800 and now they’re saying that was wrong and we owe more money several months later. This is absolutely insane to be dealing with for A YEAR! Definitely look somewhere else.

No offense, but I’d rather see Dr. Seuss. “Dr.”Walter is not only ignorant and arrogant but he doesn’t understand that his job is to care for others. To be fair, he couldn’t get into med school in the US and only wants to make money off lowering people’s self esteem. If you value your life in the slightest avoid “Dr.” Walter.

Dr. Walter is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and professional, he listens and pays attention to what I have to say, he cares for his patients and it shows. I felt very comfortable in his care and I am so thankful he’s my doctor. He has helped me tremendously. Thank you Dr. Walter and staff you are what makes Kaiser great!

I have absolutely hated going here. The staff makes a lot of mistakes and I mean a lot!

Excelente doctor, muy profesional, me encantó su trabajo y como trajo a mi nena al mundo, si tengo otro bebé definitivamente volvería con el Dr. Walter, se lo recomiendo a toda futura mamá!!!??

Never met the man. ARNP took care of me without asking if it was ok. Had a pap test never got the results. Poor customer service. Will not recommend and definitely will not go back. Not enough seating in the office. You are packed in like an assembly line. I have never been treated in that manner. You would think for a first time visit you would at least meet the doctor. A patient should be given the right to refuse and alternate provider. I did not even have time to ask questions. She was gone

My 80 year old Mother went to see this Doctor and tried several time to explane what was going on with her, he did not listen and he miss diagnosed her because he would not listen. She was so stressed because of this as well as I that we made an appt with Dr Cho in Sacaremento and she was wounderful. She spent time with my mother and really listened to her. My mother is doing so much better because of Dr. Cho. I would NOT recomend Dr. Andrew Walter to anyone, Be careful because I feel that he is not capable of treating anyone and I wouldn't want anyone to be hurt by him. I work for surgeons at another hospital and they would NEVER treat any of their patients as Dr. Andrew Walter treated my mother. Because I work for Surgeons and have seen that some Doctors (not mine) are in it for the money and not really caring about the patients. So sad.
