provider was nice,but the staff unprofessional i spent a month going back and forth with this office due to my medication not being sent.everytime i called it was one excuse after the other!

Will Not Recommend, Horrible Experience Today Dr. Patel Was Very Rude, Talking Over Me , Telling Me What He Was Not Going To Do & What He Was Going To Do. My Child Teacher Asked Me To Have Him Feel Out A Form & He Looked At The Form & Said He Would Not Fill It Out Then Gave Me Two Packets & Told Me To Have The Teacher & Parent Fill It Out Then Had Me Still Asking Questions On What The Form Is For And The Process Which The Nurse Came In And Had To Talk For Him Only To Explain More Of What He Was Suppose To Explain About The Forms He Walks In & Says I Could Have Told U That Which I Agree He Could Have If He Was Not Talkin Over Me Or Demanding Things Or Was Nice About The Situation Then He Bust Out & Says You Can Change Doctors Which I Said Yes Sure Can I Left & Called Insurance To Switch! NEVER WOULD I EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT OFFICE AGAIN! He Made Me Feel Very Low & Uncomfortable And I Do Not Want My Child Going Back Ever ! Filing A Complaint & Moving On! Office Equipment Busted Up & Stink Workers With No Badges Or Identification On My Apt Was At 9;00am I Got To Back At 10:15am HATE IT

Dr. Patel is the best doctor! I been bringing my son since he was born in 2008 and now my grand babies.He never rejects a patient even if you don’t have an appointment. I highly recommend him. The staff is great as well.

I love dr patels office, I've been bringing my children since 2018. Unfortunately, Dr patel will be retiring soon, and the office has been taken over by another company. What I used to love about this office was the convenience of being able to just walk in. As a busy mom, it was very convenient and it seemed like it worked for them, because there was never any wait times, or did it ever seem busy either. Also dr patel was always fast. Sucks that I would have to bring my children to a walk in clinic when they are sick and need immediate attention, instead of going to my normal pediatrician. I understand Dr patel retiring, he will be missed, but the changes are definitely not the best.

We LOVE Dr. Patel! He takes care of our son who lives with Autism. Treats him like a friend. Always fast and efficient. We thank him and his staff very much!

I used to love Dr Patel at the doctor but when I just called him about my daughter who got ran over by a car and I was just following the emergency rooms discharge orders to call her primary care physician he told me just to take her back to the ER he has never been an a****** to me or my children until today

Very unprofessional, attitude and bad behavior from the staff and the doctor, I work for an agency and every time that I have to call them is a problem with their unprofessionalism. ADELE is rude and disrespectful.
