Disaster Hip replacement: Opposite leg 3/4 inch shorter than other. Dr. Comment: will fix when other hip done. Anesthesiologist pushed block injection thru the artery causing blood pressure to go crazy and seizure..operated anyway. Keep me all day to monitor. Went home with full leg brace because i could not stand on operated leg. Did the office or Dr Infante call to see how doing? NO, never! First visit cancelled twice until 5 weeks passed. First visit is when I was told he would fix when other hip done. The assistant gave me two wedges for shoes for which charged $30, not covered by Ins. (I bought more for $5 each). She proceeded to say "if you need more go see a cobbler". I was not allowed to bring anyone in with me at the visit, so i recorded it. The therapy in house are greeat. With this issue I have fallen twice, one so serious I had to have therapy for 5 weeks to get muscles back in shape from bone bruising. I don't usually complain, even for resturants, but feel this is serious.

Good doc but 4 hours for a scheduled appointment !! UNACCEPTABLE maybe that’s why he’s here and not Jersey where he’s from

TERRIBLE patient services. When dealing with this office you can never talk to a live person, you leave messages and no return phone calls, you are disconnected when being transferred! Saw Dr. On 5/27 ordered MRI/CAT scan. They did not schedule follow up appt., so called to schedule. Was told 1st avail was 9/27!! Explained it was a follow up. To bad that's the first avail! Will not go back to this less than patient friendly facility!

My son was in a motorcycle accident and Dr Infante was on call. Thank God he was. Dr Infante saved my sons leg and did an amazing job repairing the damage. He was so compassionate and never once have we had a wait or delay getting in to see for follow ups or new issues. Extremely talented doctor!!!! I will recommend to everyone!

Dr. Infante is an excellent physician. Have been a patient past 2 years. Yes, he is extremely busy and have to see the PA frequently...... but seeing a surgeon and especially one that also does trauma and emergency surgeries can divert him from office and having to wait longer than usual for appointment time. But........ hope patients will try to remember you may be the trauma emergency patient one day and someone had to wait for us ! He is also very polite and taking time to making sure you understand with his bedside manner. His office staff has always been polite and helpful to my husband and I both . He was impressed with PT there also.

Dr. Infante is a Master at his craft. He is by far the best. Highly recommend him! The only thing he couldn’t do was make me a better golfer but I don’t think anyone can. Seriously, he is the best.

I recently broke my leg pretty bad, had surgery and have nothing but good things to say about doctor Infante and his staff. I feel they are very sincere about doing an exceptional job. Many thanks to dr. Infante and Florida Orthopedic Institute

Dr. Infante is fabulous. So is his staff. I highly recommend him. He sure does excellent work.

THANKS SO VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP !!!! NOW WITH ALL THIS COVID 19 GOING RIGHT NOW MY WIFE IS NOT ALLOWED IN FACILITY. SO NOW MARY ANN WOULD ACTUALLY HELP INTO THE DOCTORS APPOINTMENT SEVERAL TIMES !!!!!

I was in a bad car accident in Dec 2018. Dr. Infante has been my doctor thru this entire process. He has done 2 major operations on my leg by putting metal plates & rods in my leg. The operation's were successful. But the physical therapy people messed up my leg, but here is the greatest part about this long process, Dr. Infante did a 3rd operation on my leg to take out the metal just so I would get the movement back in my leg. Dr. Infante I want to Thank You and Dr. Austin as well as your staff for giving me back the enjoyment of walking, running, and dancing again. You and your staff really care about the well being of your patience's.
