Very professional and the Dr Hernandez Prado really takes her time to explain and answer questions something that most medical professionals don’t do anymore.

Estoy muy agradecida y contenta por mi Dr Joao Fontoura un doctor muy profesional ,muy paciente ,muy social y muy comprensible y además excelente doctor nos vemos mi esposo y yo íbamos a Brando con el y lo mandaron a wiamauma y siempre vamos ahora a su consulta allá 30 minutos pero no nos importa porque es demasiado profesional y buen médico recomiendo el 💯,% no le doy más porque no me deja darle más. Igualmente, siempre me dirijo a Brando a recibir los servicios de la sra Julissa,de servicio social,muy atenta,demasiado profesional,muy amable,una calidad humana excelente,muy simpática y amable y súper profesional en su trabajo,siempre está allí cuando la he necesitado y siempre algo muy importante me ha resuelto todos mis problemas no tengo ni una queja de ella para ella un 💯% 5 🤩 estrellas pq se merece mucho más tremenda trabajadora la recomiendo como dije 100% Muy agradecida con ellos dos les agradezco siempre su apoyo cuando los he necesitado y ojalá siempre y duren mucho allí se necesita gente así en esos lugares graciaas muchas graciass y felicitaciones por tener ese tipo de profesionales en su grupo de trabajo

On hold for over 30 minutes to speak to someone because the previous day they messed up when sending my husband's medication to be delivered . My husband had to go in as a walk in and miss hours of work, pay a fee only to still not have his diabetic medication the same or next day. Now we are going into the weekend, after 2 days or repeatedly calling for hours with no answer .. please avoid

do not come here! i’ve been a patient here since i was in pediatrics, and the front office staff here is AWFUL! incredibly unhelpful, and condescending. if you have an issue, they’ll instruct you to make unnecessary phone calls when they could help you right then. i’ve never had the displeasure of having to deal with such rude people. you work with the most vulnerable portion of the population, do better. disgusting

Inexperienced, lack of staff & horrible care given

No enforcement of asking sick people to wear masks, even with clear signs of illnesss. Medical staff make the patient do all the leg work for obtaining outside records for appointments and verifying the proper cost of services. I am looking for a new primary care and I am just done with this place. Response: I don’t wish to give out my identity at this time as I’m looking for a new primary care physician but hope you will address these issues at staff meetings and training sessions. It is very concerning when staff present themselves as not caring or wanting to do the work. I want to add as well that the Nurse Emmanuel who was assigned to me as a primary actually overloaded me with a medication which was causing continued difficulties with my condition. I trusted her care with my health!! My specialist was shocked that I was taking more than the recommended dose for said medication!! When I cancelled an appointment to discuss the same condition she sent me to a specialist to be followed, she told me that any medication related to that condition had to be filled by the specialist from now on and has refused to fill any of those meds even when she had been previously. Of note, staff did not even do the legwork for obtaining any information from the specialist and “reprimanded” me for that information not being in my chart. They also had did not have all of my medications listed in my chart when I sent them an update in their email system. I have also had extensive discussions about copay contradicting information and I’m having to all the leg work on that as well. Staff had an attitude with me when I told them I have multiple documents showing what my insurance copay truly is. I was told “ if we can’t find that information ourselves you WILL have to pay us what WE show on our end.” I don’t believe they even bothered to reach out to the number I emailed them for my insurance representative. Unless you have absolutely no other options available to you…avoid this clinic and this nurse.

Muy mala calidad, no cojen el telefono, no responden los mensajes, el doctor es bueno pero el personal a cargo de los referidos y la atencion al publico es deficiente son un probblema, na hacen nada bien, y la administracion es la culpable Very poor quality, they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to messages, the doctor is good but the staff in charge of referrals and customer service is deficient, they are a problem, they do nothing right, and the administration is to blame.

Hello to who all decides to choose Melissa as a provider. I strongly recommend not to . I been going to this provider on and off for four years. She is a provider that takes Medicaid and other lower insurance. At first when I dealt with her it was minor stuff. She was a APRN who gets you out her room in 15 minutes and I was loving that but in reality she wasn’t doing her job! My health deteriorated a lot ! I’m 39 year old with stage 4 kidney disease. Which I didn’t found out my issue until I was admitted in the hospital. Wow! Not from my primary who had me do blood work but never call me back and I’m thinking everything is going well but not. I’m a mother,wife to 3 kids 15,11 and 1. The last time this APRN seem me was in November 2024. It’s June 20 1025. She told me to call her when I need her. My other Dr told me she can’t do that and report her to the board of nurses. To everyone don’t let nobody play with your life in your hands! Don’t be me I’m now fighting for my life because she don’t want to do her job!
