I had gone to Dr. Thomas for severe abdominal pain and a swollen liver. After 2 mins his only response was for me to "get off the couch!". Of course, he wanted me to sign up for another exploritory procedure. I had had an endoscopy with him back some years ago. I called his office for 6 weeks! YES THATS RIGHT......6 WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE TO SETTING UP A RETURN APPT.!!!! I finally found a great physician that has finally found that I have been carrying the MRSA virus for years!!! All it would have taken is one blood test and my HE** here on earth would have been curied! For his discusting bed side manner......I would never recommend him to anyone that is having severe health issues! He could careless!

Dr Towne was absolutely wonderful! Not only was he kind and attentive, but he was able to accurately diagnose the problem and inform me on how to best approach the situation. He spent a lot of time talking with me and helping me to fully understand. I would highly recommend him!!

Dr. Towne is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is caring and compassionate. He will not over treat you either just to get paid. I always tell other peiple with gastrointestinal issues to see him and all have been pleased with him

It is a small, busy office, sometimes it takes a while to get an appt. The office staff could be a little more supportive and courteous. However, Dr. Thomas is a excellent doctor. I trust and respect him and have always received excellent care from him. I would recommend this doctor without reservation.

Dr. Towne diagnosed colon cancer and then found me an excellent surgeon. He went to great personal lengths to insure I had the very best of everything. He even called me at home and fought with my insurance on tests I needed. All this when he was on vacation out of town. I was so touched. He is EXCELLENT and considering the tests and treatments he sometimes has to do, (not very comfortable) he is so kind and very conservative. He is part of my family and go to him regularly and always will considering I had cancer. I would travel the world over to go to him.

Dr. Towne (uses the name first name Carter, not Thomas) is excellent. His assistant follows up with phone calls. He is very conservative in his treatment, which I greatly appreciate, and is highly capable and knowledgeable. I have intestinal disease and he has been treating me over several years, keeping me out of the hospital. I've also had a colonoscopy at his clinic and it was as close to a spa atmosphere as you could ask for. He is 100% quality. Be prepared to wait an hour and a half but the office is nice so it's not too bad.
