All seems professional and as I expect from a medical facility and doctor. Surgery setup for September 5th. So glad to have a doctor willing to surgically give me some relief!!!! Dealing with pain management with others everything just gets milked out over time, and does not seem to be enough to help. So ready for stuff to be surgically fix and have comfort!

My experience was very professional and very helpful. Every time I came to be looked at my wrist. All the people that work there explained everything to me. I asked questions they answered all the questions I had asked. I would recommend Dr. Christopher Donaldson anybody asked where I had my work done thank you

Unfortunately Dr. Donaldson has no bedside manners. He is the only professional who I have ever seen that makes my injury seem like it’s a scratch on the knee. I broke my spine 3 years ago in a highway car accident resulting in double scoliosis, muscle spasms, and a plethora of other issues in my back. I saw Dr. Donaldson after receiving physical therapy for a few months and every visit with him I leave with tears. I didn’t go back to see him for a year, as he left me feeling very defeated every time we spoke. I went back today and I was quickly reminded why I never liked going to him in the first place. It is sad when the only person who can actually help you, doesn’t care about you as a human being. I’ve never received such low quality personal care from a doctor in my life. Every medical professional I’ve ever seen has the decency to ask how I’m doing, how I feel, what caused my injury, how they could make the pain better, give me advice on what to do at home etc. This is the most serious injury I have and I live with a scale of 8-10 pain every single day. Dr. Donaldson walks into all his appointments with me with a rushing attitude, lack of care and understanding, no recommendations on what I can do to help other than suggesting surgery. Why would I feel comfortable getting a serious procedure done by someone who doesn’t even address me by my NAME and makes the visits 2 minutes short? He doesn’t even care to prescribe anti inflammatory and pain medication. I have to double check and ask the nurse to do it. I have tried to make this review as real and not super emotional sounding as possible, but there is no exaggeration in what I say in this review. If you want a doctor who shows absolutely no emotion or empathy for your life threatening injuries then he is the doctor for you. If you want a doctor who looks at you like an idiot when you speak then this is the doctor for you. Unfortunately I have Sunshine Health Insurance so I have no choice but to keep seeing this doctor. But I would never in my life allow him to perform any kind of surgery on me due to his lack of humanitarian qualities.

Dr Donaldson was very polite and listened to my description of my problem. At first he said there was no problem, but took another look at x-rays and found the problem. He has a good bedside manner and does not waste time with gossip.
