Absolutely the WORST experience! Wish I could get these TWO HOURS of my life back! So, I called ahead because I wanted to make sure I could get a cleaning (no X-ray needed, no extra services, just a cleaning) and that it would be covered by my insurance. I called my insurance to double check and they confirmed it would be at no cost to me. My appointment was at 3:30pm, so I took off work and got there at 3:15pm and filled out the paperwork ahead of time. I sat there until 4:40pm, when they finally called me in and told me I needed an X-ray and tried to charge me for it! I got my insurance on the phone and they confirmed that I wouldn't have to pay, so I spent the next 20min getting unnecessary x-rays done after coast finally agreed not to charge me. Then the dentist came in and told me that I had a bunch of cavities, but wouldn't show me the x-rays. It was already close to 5:00pm at this point and they gave me a bill for $2,700+ for all of the fillings and crowns and procedures they recommended. I refused to sign it, but they said I was just signing to acknowledge that I had read the terms (see pics for how I handled that). Finally, after all of that, I'm in the chair and the hygenist comes and pokes my gums until they bleed (no water tube, no suction tube, and no sink to spit in by the way). I'm waiting patiently with blood in my mouth (5:15pm now) and the receptionist tells me I can go. I said, "What about my cleaning?" and the receptionist looked so confused and lost. She apologized because the hygenist had left for the day, stating "We close at 5". All of that bullcrap and I didn't even get the ONE thing I came there for (even after calling ahead to confirm)! Unbelievable!!!! 🤬😤

The doctor and dental assistant-her personality is unmatched as well as she is very thorough-here are amazing and always reassure me when I’m nervous. I love this office.

Let me start off by saying DO NOT GO HERE!!! This location in the past few years has gone down drastically in customer service. I made an appt for my kid to have her cleaning and X-rays done in the same day. The call center said it would be no problem. I get there and they first ask me to fill out all this new patient info for her. I was flabbergasted because I had filled those documents out in person in their office months ago. The receptionist claimed there was no file. When I grilled them about where's my daughter's info and how could our personal info/file could be missing, all I got was "I don't know." She then proceeded to tell that it should be fine because "we put everything into a folder and shred whatever we don't need." I told her you have no idea where my child's file but you're sure it was shredded?!?. Like HIPAA violations!! No patient information security....just horrible!! They finally see my child just to tell me we will have to come back for the cleaning because the Dr already left and she needs to check her. I ask go speak with the office manager but they claimed she was busy. She , the office manager, takes no responsibility for anything and refuses to speak with anyone. I saw another customer going off on them about also being told that her x-ray and cleaning would be done the same day and she said she was lied to as well. I come back the next day for the cleaning and they were trying to charge me over $200 plus dollars for services that they claimed were not covered. When I challenged them they said call your insurance. So you know what, I did. They gave me the codes and I called Delta dental. Not only were all my services covered but when I put them on speaker and Delta ask why are you charging this patient they said "the service you pay for is the upgraded version and we do the downgrade and you all don't pay for that." Insurance said you are contracted to give her the upgraded version and you cannot downgrade the customer because you want to. We don't pay for downgraded services." They looked sick when they were told they were wrong and had to refund me my money. Then came the apologies. Tuh! So pull your EOB's people because they have been stealing money by these practices. Who knows how long they've been doing this. Dr Mendez didn't even come out and speak to me when she finished with my child. She has major services done and not so much as even one conversation or what the next steps should be. I'm getting a lawyer! Zero stars

I attempted to become a new patient, but I had to cancel my appointment due to the following reasons: 1. They instructed me to contact my insurance and send the eligibility form via fax. Why can't they make the call? It's their job. 2. The insurance agent mentioned she couldn't fax but suggested email. After conveying this information, they responded with 'We accept faxes.' 3. Their phone etiquette is problematic; they consistently talk over you. This has been the experience with everyone I've spoken to, which is incredibly annoying. 4. They initiate by asking for your name and attempting to schedule an appointment. In contrast, other dental offices inquire about how they can assist you first, without talking over you or requesting personal information. Even before visiting the dental office, my phone interactions were enough to make me look elsewhere. I've never been so frustrated attempting to become a new patient anywhere else. Ugh!

The lady that done my deep cleaning today was awesome I was scared when I went in but she made me feel comfortable and Ive never in 58years seen my teeth so nice still have more to do but I'm very greatful for the start and can't wait to see the finished smile

Love Dr. Caudill , James, and the staff! Our whole family goes here. My mom for over 20 years. We are treated like family.

3 routine cleaning visits and billing problems 2x. They don't submit what you sign off on while you're in the office and try billing for different codes. Once denied by insurance they send you a bill for their intentional mistake. Last visit I had to provide them with the codes from a previous visit while in office because they were trying to charge me for included services. Billing problems take forever to get fixed, especially because you can never call in and actually speak to anyone that can assist you the first time.
