The people are very nice. The only problem is had was the wait. Having to work after the appointment. They were running behind, I couldn't be late to work. Other then that this is a nice place to go with workmen comp.

I will feel within two minutes of my arrival. They were efficient professional. I was testing on the equipment. She made sure that I did it correctly and carefully not to hurt myself. I went to see the doctor. He was quick into the point and completed the physical.. I enjoy quick efficient, and it worked with you with a smile. I give them five stars

Today I received amazing customer service which has been lacking in the past few years at co many different companies however my experience at this location in Brandon has been extremely pleasing I thank the owner the manger and the entire staff for the customer service I have experienced. Susan T made my day I couldn’t stop laughing felt like I was with family relaxing on vacation if you get what I mean. Thank you guys for making the time here so warming. My experience at first was not good. Gave the receptionist the forms already filled out & waited. Finally someone asked me if I had filled out the papers.Found out they had texted me info that they needed. But I filled out their forms; with same info I had given them. But after getting in for the drug testing the nurse/tech was exceptionally friendly, polite & professional. Enjoyed my time. Thank you.
