Gross incompetence. Incorrectly recorded my statements. Submitted wrong info to insurance causing CT scan to get denied. Doctor refused to speak to me. Front desk lady was coughing up a lung and handling my forms and payment. They do not care about their patients, avoid at all costs.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lorch for over five years. I have nothing but respect for him and consider him to be one of the best doctors in the area. However, his office staff is HORRIBLE....unresponsive, cold, rude. AND...as reported in other reviews, you can't reach a HUMAN via phone EVER. I've been trying for four days, am now OUT of my medication because they are unresponsive to me and to CIGNA, several reps have tried on my behalf. I'm thinking of changing doctors simply because of the frustrations of dealing with Dr. Lorch's office staff...sad, but I can't afford to NOT reach anyone when needed.

Dr Lorch is great. However I can’t ever reach a human when I call. I leave a message and don’t hear back. Or I leave a message about my insurance appeal for my prescription and it is never done. I’ve been on a certain medicine 15 years for narcolepsy and this office staff can’t file an appeal within three months even though I’ve called at least 10 times for them to do this. I’ve never encountered such gross incompetence and lack of concern.

Dr Lorch is an Outstanding pulmonary specialist, the absolute best. He is easy to talk to, cares about his patients, always provides extraordinary care. His staff are Extraordinary as well and responds quickly when called upon

This doctor has misdiagnosed me when I have a serious lung disease. On a second opinion I went to another specialist who through a series of tests is working to find out exactly what is wrong. Dr. Lorch has no bedside manners, is rude, called me stupid, the list goes on. If you have insomnia, that is all he is probably good for.
