Called to schedule my 15 year old daughter an appointment for a physical over a month ago through the scheduling department. Given an appointment for today (8/11/2023) received 100 confirmation test messages. Took off of work early signed her out of school and showed up for her appointment only to find out that they cancelled it because they scheduled her with a provider who doesn’t see anyone her age. They stated they tried to call me the day before to inform me but I never received and messages about the appointment I showed up for today except a text message to confirm . Then proceeded to tell me Friday’s they only have one provider so there was no way they could see her today. And the only resolution the “manager” could give was that I either drive back next week in the middle of the day which I told them I couldn’t do that as I had another obligation and she has school. Or I drive 45 minutes away to another location that her original provider moved to , I could go to urgent care for a physical. No thank you because your urgent cares state they can’t bill your insurance for a physical because they are an urgent care. Or wait until December because their “schedule” is full until then.all while the “manager” talked to me and treated me like I was an idiot. This is the worst doctors offices I’ve ever been to especially in the customer see department. I literally had to walk away I was so frustrated. You would think since they lied and never actually reached out to me they would actually a knowledge their mistake and try to make it right.

Not a good experience at all (2nd time). Extremely disappointed. I asked that a Hep C test not be done and I was told it wouldn’t. Reviewing my results it was done. Notes in my file about a discussion that never took place. During my physical I was afraid to ask questions because there could be an additional charge (which I did receive). What the heck?!?!?

I love my doctor, Michael Escobar but, the women in the front need some better training, when it comes to customer service. they'll see you standing there, have a whole conversation amongst themselves, and still won't acknowledge you. NO GOOD MORNING, I'LL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE, NO NOTHING. and then proceeds to say, someone can help you at the second window.... unprofessional! after standing there for 4-5 minutes and it wasn't busy. do better girls, you are in a doctor's office! PROFESSIONAL IS KEY.

Stay Away from this practice. This is the worst medical practice I ever saw or heard of. There are many problems with place. 1. BILLING- They are very lazy with Billing submissions to insurance and other parties. I paid out of pocket for things that are supposed to be covered because TGH submitted it incorrectly. Took me multiple follow-ups and months to get the bills corrected. They never said sorry. 2. Scheduling- Arrive on time for your appointment. You will be kept waiting for an hour. But arrive a few minutes late, they mark you as No Show and cancels your appointment. Unfair right? They would say they are following their "policy". 3. Front desk staff - Some of them don't care about patients and are very rude. 4. Finding an appointment - Your PCP is supposed to be your go to Doctor for everything. But hey, they want you to wait for atleast 3 to 6 months.

Clean and modern, with shorter wait times than many other doctors' offices. The staff is friendly and answer any questions you might have. I really like my new PCP Dr. Chain.

Approximately 10 years ago, I entrusted my health to this medical group and I do not regret it. Dr Phillipe Chain has been assertive with his advice and treatments, I could not change him for another doctor. The girls at the front desk and administrative staff in general always give the extra mile to get the patient feel comfortable and well cared for. Lastly, I want to highlight the great work that Yanira and Ivon do every time that I require the assistance, they are always willing to help and resolve any situation, however complicated it may be. Many many thanks, you ROCK!

I was scheduled for 9:00am where they encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before and there I was. Four people arrived after me and they were called in before me. I go to the counter after 40+ minutes to see what's happening and the office supervisor decides it's time for a meeting. Where there we heard all the issues going on in the office including employees not answering the phones and there the employees were fussing back that 2000 calls answered but because they didn't answer 4 calls they are getting their attention called. Well how else would I know this if they had me standing there waiting until the meeting ended. So unprofessional! Then finally they finish and the office manager trying to justify that the other people were called in because they have 8 physicians. Well to my point why have I not been called if there are so many? Then the nurse was absolutely terrible did not know what she was doing! Asking me how has it been done before when I'm not the expert here, it should be her. My baby needed 3 shots and she did not know what she was doing. Trying to hold my sons legs with her lower body while using both hand to open a single shot. Took like 3 minutes between each shot and of course baby is hysterically crying but there she was picking up the bandage paper and wrappers after each shot and walking to the trash to throw them away. It was completely epic my visit there. I will never again visit nor recommend.

Office manager will make this office fail.

Friendly, clean and easy sign in process. I've never had an issue with services.
