Dr Echols is very friendly and attentive. I was seen for a torn rotator cuff. He gave me two options to check out the extent of the injury. I have a subsequent appointment to go over the MRA results. I feel like I'm in good hands!

Very organized, checked in and was immediately sent to x-ray minimal wait time, technician very pleasant. Short wait time in room to see Corey who explained probably diagnosis and treatment. Within 5 minutes Dr Echols was in and confirmed plan. Cortisone shot in shoulder didn’t feel hardly a thing....thanks Corey!!! In and out within 1 hour everyone was pleasant and professional. Very satisfied with the visit

This man and his staff are rude, and do not listen or care what you as a patient have to say. I saw him for pain in my shoulder and told him I wanted very conservative treatment. He Explained me he thought I could have a labrum tear and recommended an MRI. When I told him I did not want to do that I was told 'I am a surgeon, I fix things. I am not here to control pain.' He then ended the visit with no recommendations for therapy or other conservative treatment. I spoke to an office manager who had nothing to say except "he is a fabulous doctor." People wait months to see. I asked her why my appointment was scheduled within a week and she told me that I was just one of the lucky ones. As a medical provider patients should have options and surgery should not have to be the first. If you do not want to have surgery or expensive diagnostic tests I would avoid this physician. I would not want to have a procedure with him as he is not interested in controlling pain.

This man is rude and does not listen to his patients. If you want conservative therapy for a shoulder problem do not waste your time or money seeing him. I saw him today and when I told him I did not want to do an MRI or surgery his response was "I am a surgeon, I fix things. I do not control pain." I did not ask for pain medication, I was very verbal about not wanting to take any medications including NSAID pain relievers. He ended my visit at that time with no further recommendations. When I talked to the office manager I was told that he is a wonderful doctor that people wait months to see. My appointment was booked in less than a week. Also, when talking to the office manager I had to have the discussion in the lobby in front of other patients while his staff was behind the desk. As a medical provider I was very disappointed that he was not open to conservative therapy and did not recommend any therapy or anything else.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Typical corporate position. as soon as he found out my condition is not his specialty, he gave me the name of another doctor, and literally WALKED QUICKLY OUT OF THE ROOM, while is was still sitting down. He did not give me a chance to ask questions, and quite obviously did not care at all. I could hear his thoughts...NEXT...$$

I was so happy to work with Dr. Echols during my injury, I was injured for a month before I went to see Dr. Echols thinking I could do someself- medication myself, but my injury continued to progress. Dr. Echols worked with me for about a month along with some PT. I can say I'm fully healed now thanks to Dr. Echols.I give you a 5 star keep doing what you do best making a person feel great again.Ms. Bonita Bowers

Awesome people had to wait a little while to see the doctor but they were extremely busy but theyre patient care and knowledge is great I have been dealing with the pain and issue I came with for quite sometime and Dr. Echols found the problem and now maybe I can get some relief. Awesome place I would recommend them to anyone whos looking for a great Orthopedic
