Waited over a month for this appointment, they called me several times a week to remind me of my appointment day. Calls me the day of the appointment to let me know my insurance is out of network and I’d be responsible for 60% of 2000 dollars the day of. Completely unacceptable.

Was billed for two full visits when 1 consisted of 20 min in person Ans the 2nd was a 5 minute video call asking me how I was. Now their billing department is a complete joke. I've had my insurance call and talk to them 3 times stating the bill they keep sending me is going they processing and will be paid. Even gave the girl a confirmation number. The lady in billing was even nasty to the Cigna rep. This place is a joke and keeps sending bills even after being told it's going to be paid...BY THE INSURANCE. They try to charge top dollar for a 5 min 1 question visit and that is just wrong.

My issue is with the billing dept. I was working with a lady on my outstanding bill. After our initial conversation, she went ghost on me. I left messages and emails that were never returned. I will not be going back!!

I have really bad PTSD, I Waited a month to get an appointment. They called me 3 days before it and cancelled because I work overnights and they "couldn't get a hold of me". I called them and was treated extremely rude by the intake female. She was yelling at me and said I was too late.. even though the voicemail she left said I had until the end of today. I Literally hung up in a panic attack and now I'm freaking out after she said I'd have to wait till October because she cancelled it already. Now I'm crying and I don't even want to attempt looking for help anymore.I've never been treated this way by a doctor, let alone a center for mental health.

Extremely confused on why I even went, I filled out tons of questions through email and was pretty much asked the same questions again in person, nothing much was gone over imo and definitely didnt get any answers, Im at a loss of $75 out of pocket and a huge waste of time on my only day off... I feel completely ripped off.

Very short wait time which was nice. I was interviewed by a student ( by choice) and he was very nice and covered everything that I was concerned about. I think he has a promising future in this field. Dr. Williams was a great listener and had good solutions for the problems that were mentioned during our meeting. Excited to see how it goes.

Daija is a excellent MA i waited hours for stacie to get back to me with my answer. Shes polite and very efficent. Best aspect of your company.
