Referred by my provider have been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks. No live contact goes directly to Jasmine scheduler voicemail- no call back then after two weeks and numerous voicemails told my doctor has to call. My doctor called got voicemail left information needed 5/18/23 4 days still no call or appointment. Unacceptable even spoke to his Nurse Jess who said she would have Jasmine call. Zero sensitivity -compassion or customer service from staff at a cancer surgeons office.

Dr. Tummel has walked me through every step of this process with professionalism and compassion. He has explained every procedure in detail. After every test performed I got a personal call from him. Dr.Tummel is an amazing doctor, however getting in contact with someone from his office is the worst headache ever. They never answer and it takes them days to return calls. If is not for that I would had given a 5 star.

Dr. Tummel was absolutely fantastic every step of the way. I can't say enough nice things about him. His bedside manner is great, he answered all of our questions and took lots of time with us. Furthermore, my surgical results are amazing. He did a great job of minimizing scarring! Highly recommend him!

Thankfully Dr Tummel requested more scans instead of rushing to surgery, because I was found to have a second cancer which would not have been removed.
