Awsome Doctor and very friend . He had my feet fitted with special inserts and now I can walk better!!! I recommend Him Highly!!

This place is awful.the lady at the front desk is rude.the wait times r AWFUL!!!! I was there for a specific pain in knee and that issue was never addressed.the doctor found another issue that he focused on and my knee is worse now then when I first went to him.i stayed there for three months because I had to and as soo as I was able to switch I had my records sent to me and found another orthopaedic doctor that actually listened to my issue and he is focusing on that.if u r thinking of going to see these ppl think again!!!

This place is absolutely atrocious. Called ahead because I was pretty sure I had torn something in my knee and they said they could get me in at 12. I showed up and proceeded to wait for TWO FULL HOURS until the front desk agent told me the doctor was backed up and needed me to come back at 3:30pm. I was the only person in the lobby and during this time period I watched four bags of Olive Garden get delivered to the workers. I understand people needing to eat their lunch but this was after an hour of me waiting in the lobby. The whole time I’m sitting there breaking a fever with chills and the doctors more worried about eating soggy breadsticks than making sure I don’t have a clot. I also heard the front desk agent on the phone loudly telling someone about all their injuries and saying their name and medical information. You would think that breaks some sort of HIPPA laws. Just total negligence on the staff and doctors part. I ended up googling for another office and Florida Orthopaedic Institute was 10 minutes away and they were absolutely fantastic. Got me back within 30 minutes of me walking through the door (did not call ahead) and got me the medical care I needed . Please do not waste your time visiting this doctors office. I can only imagine how awful the doctors medical care would be.

Blunt and to the point ! Absolutely knows what he is talking about !

The worst experience I have ever encountered in my life. Staff = extremely horrible. Wait time = extremely long. Have you waiting for hours and doctor not in the office. I’m still extremely upset for the treatment I received today in that office. Very unprofessional, rude,nasty...the list goes in. So disappointed and still feeling disgusted and humiliated the way I was treated.

I went in to go over my test results. They schedule my appt for 9:30. At 10, I was still waiting to be called. I went to then and ask how much longer as I had to return to work. I was then advised I would have to wait another 30 to 60 minutes. I asked why when my appt was at 9:30. She then said the doctor is not in and don’t know when he will be. I advised what was the point in setting appt to have to wait. Explain how this has inconvenience me. There was no apologies from the staff. It was nothing but attitude and the other just looked and laugh at me and the situation. When I became angry for the way I was treated, the lady turned her back to me while the other continued to laugh at me. What kind of medical staff and office treat people like that. I have never been so humiliated or treated so badly. Doctors should be a safe haven, not treated like that. A doctor who isn’t available for his clients even worse.

This is the best doctor I have ever had. I have been to him for several orthopedic related issues. But on one particular occasion, I developed a very serious leg infection. My primary care doctor could not, or would not, squeeze me in. My leg was swollen and hot to the touch. He suggested I go immediately to the hospital. I was on the way to the hospital (and on the way to a HUGE bill) when I took a chance and stopped into Orthopedic Center of Brandon. To my surprise the doctor saw me at once. His staff could have easily turned me away, but they didn't. The doctor saw me and treated me. His treatment reflected the serious nature of the infection. MRI of the leg. Ultrasound of leg. Blood testing and an immediate prescription for 2 strong antibiotics. He also put me out on short term disability from work and his EXCELLENT staff handled all the paperwork! This doctor is top notch. A big thank you to Dr. Fiore and his staff.
