Great experience, really listen to my symptoms and tackled treating them more conservatively. Lucky for me it was fixed with a simple acid reflux pill. I am a much happier person now. Thank you!

The pre appt was easy, colonoscopy went great, and after care and instructions went well. I recommend this practice!

I left a voicemail to schedule an appointment and they called me back within a few hours and got me in for the same week. Shaina the PA was extremely helpful and kind. She gave me lots of information to help me. At check out I met a nice girl, Mary, who explained everything in old people terms so I could understand it. She was so patient and wrote little notes so I wouldn’t forget! They are the best!

Thus far I have seen Dr. Dedania twice and he has been very thorough and is a great listener and shows that he cares for his patients so if I go back I would only schedule with him.However the Physician Assistant Shaina G was not the most pleasant person to encounter for the first time on my 3rd visit. Im not sure what was her problem with me but throughout the whole time she was rushing and asking question after question without letting me fully answer. It felt like she didnt want to deal with me but had to because I was on her schedule. Towards the end I eventually shut down I didnt even want to continue to ask questions although Im paying her for the visit the way she was talking back was not professional and just had unpleasant attitude. I really left the office not happy that I requested my records. Unfortunately I trusted her to be as good as Dr. Dedania but was proven wrong.

So far Ive had a great experience here. Shaina the physicians assistant at the Vonderburg location has been thorough explanatory understanding and great to work with. Dr. Dedania performed my colonoscopy and endoscopy and gave thorough feedback and treatment plans postprocedure. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone experiencing gastro issues or looking for a new gastroenterologist in the Greater Brandon area.
