This place is a disgreace. They are so expensive and the service sucks sloppy health care service.1 The Nurse practitioner doctor has no time for patient ruching you out. Ive paid so much to be seen + blood work and paid Again just to receive the result. Pfff. I hope they fixed this...or maybe they have favorites.
Under no circumstances use The PA Alicia. She won’t return your calls. No follow up and no help with helping your symptoms
My best friend went to Doctor Jasmine Siskas office and experienced the worst care by their nurse and or medical assistance staff. Ever since she experienced COVID she has had some kind of neurological imbalance causing her to not be able to walk. After several trips to the ER and no answers she went to this office with hope of help care to find answers to what it is She’s experiencing. After being checked into a room she over hears the floor staff speaking loudly saying things like “this girls never going to be able to walk again. It’s been all over the news” etc. It was beyond unethical and unprofessional. Especially when a person is scared their life has changed drastically in a period of weeks the lack of empathy towards a patient left my friends crying and in loss of hope. She left the office without even being seen thanks to these remarks. The staff should be ashamed
the doctors and other people working at this place are great. my issue is with the corporate billing department . i went one time and paid when i was done. i then received a bill for additional charges that i did not agree to . i paid it whatever. i canceled a future appointment at the office then was billed $50 for no show
My husband and I have seen Dr. Malibiran for almost 6 yearsGreat Dr. And great experience with him and staffIf your looking for a good drDr. Malibiran is Great
No wonder there is a 3 star review. I left Tampa and was in lots of traffic and rain. Called the office because I knew I was gonna be late. I believe I spoke with Erica I may have her name wrong. I said I was going to be late and I told her the time I would arrive she did mention there is a 15 mins grace although I was gonna be 20 mins later. I asked should I reschedule she said no they should see me. Now the guy at the front desk is telling me I cant be seen. Took 10 mins to find out from Eric Wells. Well unfortunately I will no longer be going there. I canceled all my appointments. I did like the practice until I see how unreasonable they can be and wont work with you and they only had two people in the waiting room.. Do Not Recommend DO NOT GO THERE
Difficult to make appointments not listening to the patient booking appointments with the wrong department without apologizing or acknowledging their mistakes I would not recommend them The worst is that they do not admit their mistakes and apologize but they are arrogant and rude to you
Called to see someone and was transferred multiple times until everyone could clock out and go home. I was on the phone for over an hour and when I hung up and called back I got the after hours voicemail. If you need help call someone else.
I wanted to change primary from riverview to brandon when I called Dr Marlbrians office his website he takes new patients after 3 weeks of trying to get a appointment i was told he doesnt except New patients contrary to his website I am now with out a primary and out of blood pressure pills poor service
My physician is GREAT. He is very attentive and extremely professional. The staff however are like children. They have to be called and reminded to do simple things like following through with calling a prescription into the pharmacy something like that is surely on their normal list of duties yet Ive had to call to remind them nearly every time. Ive actually gone from having my insurance pay for one of my medications to selfpay... it is more expensive but I am sick and tired of this staff and my insurance company playing pointthefinger with each other and me on the sidelines with no medication. Also have to mention my wifes physician... is three masks a face shield and plastic coveralls REALLY necessary ? LOLOLOLOLOL

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
