This doctor called us back during after hours and was rude and uncaring. Didn’t really listen to what I was saying about my daughter and her trauma. I would NEVER see her. I will wait in the morning to talk to my normal doctor who is amazing!

She is rude and not professional at all. She acts like she received her degree from buyadegree.com… She basically told Lonna that she wouldnt be in this situation had I gotten the Covid shot which isn’t a 100% accurate being the shot doesn’t protect from all variants. What would her response be if she got the Johnson and Johnson and got blood clots from it? Should have got the other one. I do not recommend this doctor.

As always Dr. Hosemann and everyone at Pediatric Healthcare Alliance were all wonderful today. Thank you for your care of my babies for many years!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Beware of this office! They don't care if they waste your time or not, they are all about making up excuses why something happened, and don't actually listen to the concerns of the parents! I called early in the morning to get my child a new patient appointment. I made sure I Verified more than once that they take the insurance. I was told that they couldn't set it up until they have the shot records sent from her old PCP. Ok no problem I did it got it sent over but they can't "find" it, BUT they can access the state shot records file. TINA R. (Referral coordinator) said she was going to make the appointment she then told me that they dont take the insurance!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? I have been calling this doctor all day to make sure they have EVERYTHING they need and then she drops that bomb! She said that they are short staffed so if someone answers the phone they will give you an answer WITHOUT verifying that information is correct! I wasted my whole day and TINA could care less. She was all about the excuses. (I don't know about you but inwould rather make sure that they information that im getting is correct). Im glad that they don't take the insurance and I found this out! Please save your time and energy find another practice!

Went in on Saturday at the after hours care and was less than happy about our experience with her. Had no interest in what I as the mother thought and told me she could recheck both of my kids the next day if their symptoms worsened. Yeah no thanks I will never take my kids there again if she is the Dr on call.

We went in on a Saturday. It was our first experience with Dr. Hosemann and it was not good at all. She rushed us out and didn’t answer our questions. We were very disappointed.

Our family moved to Valrico three years ago, and all of my children use Pediatric Healthcare Alliance the Brandon Community Office for their care. Dr. Hosemann is caring, professional and communicative. She is patient even with my one "wild" child. I am always able to get a sick appointment the same day, usually with Dr. Hosemann, although a few times we've seen other docs who are just as good. She knows the community, so when you need a referral to a specialist, she can point you in the right direction. As for the office itself, it always seems to run on time (I'm not sure how they do that, because it seems like they spend the right amount of time listening and assessing). The office is clean, well run. The nursing staff are great and make even the shots okay--my children claim the shots are painless. The administrative staff is awesome and most of the them seem to be there long-term. I've never had a bad experience and highly recommend them as an excellent place for healthcare in the Brandon/Valrico area.

In my opinion, Dr Hosemann is 100% pro formula feeding. During my daughter’s first month's visits, she strongly suggested switching from breastfeeding to formula several times. During our one-month checkup, she told me to discontinue breastfeeding and switch to Nutramigen formula, based on traces of blood found in my daughter's stool, visible only through a special device. She discarded any other alternatives, like eliminating milk products from my diet. Not only was she completely unsupportive of me breastfeeding my child (who gained almost 3 lbs in one month) but I also had to wait 45 min to almost two hours every time to see the doctor.
