Office staff is rude and incompetent.

Daughter was seen at the Brandon office today. Extremely dissatisfied with this appointment. Front office was fine, Rudest Doctor we have ever been seen. Literally left the appointment. Would give lower rating if possible, one is as low as Google allows. Would recommend to find another provider, do not visit this one.

Terrible service, it’s been two months and still waiting for my shoes. Every time that I call they have a different excuse. I regretted using this people to handle my needs. I did not give them a lower score because there is non available.

This was such a great experience, my son who is 12 had an ingrown toenail and was very nervous, there was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. The waiting room is clean and has a bathroom they called us up and the nurse was very nice showing what the numbing spray felt like and shared her experience to make him very comfortable. The doctor was very nice and very conscious of the patients feeling. The shots where the worst part but the needle wasn’t the bad part it was the liquid that burned a little when numbing the nerves. He checks multiple times before starting the procedure to see if you are completely numb and works quickly and cleanly to fix up the area. The whole process once in the room took at most ten minutes and the doctor was great. If anything happens I will be coming back. 😀

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Galliano is the worst doctor! I was a new patient and when she entered the room not only did she not introduce herself but she didn't even sat hi. She started right in talking so fast that I didn't understand what she was saying. When my husband asked her to slow down because I am hard of hearing she wouldn't acknowledge that he was talking and rolled her eyes. She was not interested in any of my past foot surgeries or care that I have already tried. She was more interested in giving cortisone shots and apparatus that she could sell me. She has the bedside manner of a cow! I am very disappointed!
